I honestly can't speak highly enough about McCrums. Just purchased a from Wes and his customer service is outstanding. Looked after me the whole way through the process and had loads of amazing bikes to choose from. Friendly service and an absolute gent, puts the big franchises to shame! Looking forward to the next purchase and dealing with him again! Went in for a look see and Wes was fantastic. Showed me a few bikes, talked through a few concerns, which he could answer with ease. Highly recommend Contacted the shop for spare parts for my SV1000s and they were very friendly knowledgsable and effienct. They had what I need ordered right away and delivered within a few days. I would highly reccomend Mc Crums to everyone Wes sorted my issue out very quickly. Got the parts and had my back adap. Lovely crowd to work with. Up front with issues. Gave ne solutions. Made me choose. Then when I did work wad completed. Top class 👏 service. Also another point that is sadly lacking in other dealers. First class communication. I returned and had another few test rides and decided on my first ever new a Voge D900SX fantastic. Was delivered to my door by Wes himself, 5 STAR SERVICE from a local family owned business.
