Lots of choice of activities if booked in advance. Always great to do something a little different. I had thought 30min would not be enough time for tubing but, my goodness, 30min of dragging this big tube up the slope fairly tires you out!! Would definitely come back Needs a bit of a make over but staff were very friendly especially the young man on the slope. Grandsons loved the snow tubing, my daughter not so much🤣🤣 It's very good all year round and it's really good for anyone looking till take there till see santa We had had to postpone snowtubing from Christmas to now due to Covid. And in a way I'm glad. It was a lovely morning. The three boys had a super time .. their laughter was heartwarming. The young guy who told them the rules and watched them was friendly and helpful enough The boys enjoyed treats in the cafe afterwards. A lovely Sunday morning. Thank you! Class afternoon for my sons birthday party. The instructor was great with and even went to top of slopes and had fun with spinning them and pushing them down, which they loved. Took our 2 10 & 12 year old booked an hour session after 15 mins the 12 year old gave up and the 10 year old was done after 30 minutes. They did say pulling the tubes up was hard work. Half an hr session is more than enough time. Awful experience. Didn’t know who was staff, where to go or what to do. Zero direction given. Followed a group of only to be told we weren’t part of that group. Left in tears having paid for 2 for 2 sessions who didn’t even get to take part.
