We booked Cabana Casa Dia from Sadu in middle of November for a weekend for a teambuilding and it was the best choice! We had a great time, we had everything we needed and more. The place was clean and comfortable. It is much nicer than it looks in the pictures. No issues with neighbors. Suitable for colder weather too. The owner is really nice, communication was great both before and during the stay, very helpful with the billing process for our company, we're looking forward to coming here again. The place is structured like this, as far as I remember: 2 separate rooms in individual buildings with private bathroom, main building with 1 bathroom, cozy living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom on ground floor, 2 bedrooms on top floor, 1 extra bedroom with exterior access from small terrace. Air conditioning/heater devices in the rooms, cold was not an issue. Plenty of bedding, even if we were a smaller group. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of plates, glasses, etc. too. At least 2 fridges with freezers (1 inside, 1 outside). 2 dishwashers, very useful. Dishwashing tables provided, as well as soap, towels etc. Sunny terrace in front of main building. covered terrace in the back (with thick plastic foil as walls, which helped a lot during this colder times), with smart TV, bluetooth speaker, traditional grill/oven structure, bathroom, kitchen sink and counter space, kitchen utensils. About 5 wooden tables and benches, chairs, pool table. Front garden with plenty of space for sports, sunbeds. Additional back garden with space for "ceaun"/campfire. Plenty of chopped wood. Additional covered (thick foil) outdoor space with nice jacuzzi, TV, sofa, bathroom. Plenty of towels and bathrobes. All in all a great place, we're looking forward to coming here again! Ok Best place in town Am fost aici de acest revelion (2024-2025). Parea ok la inceput, si proprietarul pare amabil, dar cabana nu e deloc echipata iarna. Pros: - masina de spalat vase. - terasa si curte spatioase si frumoase. - jacuzzi. - gratar si utilitati (desi mai lipseau cateva chestii, sau n-am gasit noi). - masa de ping pong si biliard (cam uzate, dar se poate juca pe ele). Cons: - nu are incalzire (doar aparate de aer conditionat si niste calorifere electrice), podeaua nu e izolata si se face frig foarte rapid. - instalatia electrica e destul de slaba, nu puteam sa tinem in priza caloriferele si AC-ul ca sarea siguranta din ora in ora, iar cand am ridicat siguranta una din prize a inceput sa sfaraie si s-a stricat un incarcator de laptop. - foarte putine bai capacitatea locatiei, iar baia nu avea deloc incalzire, de asemenea boiler-ul era destul de mic si nu ne ajungea apa calda. - camerele sunt supraincarcate cu paturi, abia ai loc unde sa iti lasi bagajul. - proprietarul foarte dragut pana sa ii precizam cam ce nemultumiri avem, nu ne-a prea oferit nicio solutie (pentru caldura ne-a mai dat un calorifer pe care oricum nu puteam sa il folosim ca pica curentul), iar de instalatie spunea ca nu are nicio problema. Pretul e cam mare ce conditii ofera, parerea mea. Perfect cabin, best party i ever gone to in a few months, the host is very friendly and understanding. Would come again! I recommend it! Am fost in weekendul din 14 februarie la aceasta cabana. Ca și aspect cabana arată promițător, camerele și ce se mai lăsa la discreție păreau ok și nu lipsea ceva. Problema cea mai mare era că proprietarul evita să menționeze ce nu ar trebui să facem ca să nu avem probleme cu utilitățile în special cu curentul. A fost nevoie să trimitem om din minut în minut ca să le pornească, ca la final să dea vina pe noi că am suprasolicitat siguranța. Ideea cu Jacuzzi bună dar ineficientă că se încălzea apa greu. Recomand cabana pe timpul veri doar, iarna nu este rentabilă. Am închiriat cabana revelionul 2024-2025. Avantaje: - foișor cu grătar și utilități, masa de ping pong, masa de biliard, jacuzzi Dezavantaje: -Cabana principala are 14 locuri de dormit și o singura baie, o baie neîncălzită in care WC-ul are momente când nu acumulează apa in rezervor și nu merge să tragi apa. Boilerul din baie e destul de mic raportat la numărul total de persoane. Nu ai loc de bagaje in camere că sunt prea multe paturi per camera. Totul e gândit să maximizeze numărul de locuri in detrimentul confortului. Rețeaua electrică e subdimensionată, a picat siguranță de minim 2 ori/zi ( aproape de fiecare data când foloseam aragazul/cuptorul). Încălzire doar cu aer condiționat și calorifere electrice, fără să încălzească suficient. Podeaua a rămas constant rece pe perioada șederii. Am primit un calorifer electric in plus pe care nu am putut să-l folosim că pica siguranță... -Mai sunt 2 cabanute separate cu bai proprii, bai neîncălzite. -In descrierea cazării sunt menționate 5 bai, însă nu e menționat că o baie e in foișorul cu jacuzzi și 1 baie in foișorul cu grătarul, desigur neîncălzite, aproape neutilizabile iarna. You can easily see that Dani thinks of every detail. The place offers free of charge equipment for plenty sport activities such as billiard, table tennis and badminton rackets with a net. Also, table football and a punchbag with gloves are available. A few outdoor lounge chairs with cushions for sunbathing are available. For grill lovers, the covered terrace is the perfect spot for enjoying a barbecue. Speaking in the name of a group of people that have booked the place for 1 night, I could say that everyone would highly recommend it and we have definitely enjoyed our stay!
