Loved this Restaurant, Beautiful food, and huge portions, staff very nice, very friendly, very, ;-) menus are also available in English and German, will go back that's for sure. we have been travelling thru this place for many time and we always wanted to try it. and this time, we stoped by! we had a lot of expectations as we thought we would get some local meals, etc. we took 2 starters and 2 main courses: - mushroom on pan - pierogi x6 (meat) - duck cabbage gnocchi - fried cheese about mushroom: weird taste, butter not melted in the plate, 0 herbs, overrall bad about pierogi: the worst i got in poland, swimming in oil about the duck: way too cook, 2 served as small (this could be positive if it was not coming from bad reason), cabbage like jam mixed with jam, gnocci tasteless about the fried cheese: well this was the best...with the french fries... this could be "ok" if it did not cost 180 zloti! waitress were very nice and at least it is closed to the main road. add note: there is basmati rice as side dish option... in the polish country side, in a restaurant supposed to serve local food, option of basmati rice in a large carte. anyway, this was our opinion and of course, people may find satisfaction. Well that supposed to be "Duck Medallions" whatever it means was not tasty. I had a feeling it was whole (hopefully not) duck shredded... But, if it was duck at all....? The rest was ok, but it was my second and last visit there, for this price is enough better places around. I enjoyed this place overall. You could tell they were not used to many tourists but they were still very friendly and did their best to welcome us and provide good hospitality. The food was decent and arrived hot and warm. Would have loved to have a slightly larger portion as it left me still a little hungry. Worth a stop if you are nearby or in transit through the area. We stopped here on our way to Wroclaw. The food was good, the service was fast and the atmosphere was pleasant. we started off with a cucumber salad which consisted of cucumbers in tsasiki sauce. It was very refreshing. My son had the pierogi, and I had the villa goulash with gnocchi. Both meals are very good. We left satisfied. We recommend this place. Very nice and friendly staff. Pencils and paper was offered to my kid to entertain. Nice food choice, more local things. Spascious, can be used for some celebrations. Prices slightly above average. Really nice place where I can warmly recommend the gulash soup. Very tasteful and robust. Greek salad was also great. Food was great but the best was the service. We also had a dog who wa welcomed and looked after by the staff too. Thank you so much! Definitely will be back if we ever drive this way again. So good!
