The was maybe interesting if you are in the oil business, but maybe not too much for an ordinary tourist. The oil that was offered for tasting was superior. Randomly came across this oil and decided to pop in. There is an entrance fee and the is pretty much a self guided tour. The is pretty so we walked around the whole place pretty quickly and it ended with an oil tasting (of 3 oils). Nice stop, but the lavender stole the show The Musée de l’Huile d’Olive is but informative. Entry is €4.50, and you can sample some oil at the end, which is a nice touch. Worth a quick visit if you’re in the area and need a break from the heat. That said, the real highlight for us was the beautiful lavender field nearby—absolutely stunning and totally worth the detour! Lovely and interesting, the walk there was very pretty, past lavender fields. The free tasting of and wine after the visit is appreciated. Although I found the a little more and simple than expected, but all together for only the price of €4 is very good. Short but nice showing how was made in different times. There is degustation avaible at the end of the trip :) This is a but the items on display are really rare and well preserved. The owners have a passion for their work. We also tried some wines and the staff was really helpful to find the right wine for us without pushing for sales. A yet informative with friendly staff. We also enjoyed an oil tasting and wine tasting. Very nice! Very unfriendly staff. People were helping themselves to taste oil. No staff was nearby. We tried as well but suddenly a young unfriendly boy approached us "saying please don't help yourself". When we told him that other did the same he did as if he did not speak English. Oil is very expensive. is super small. Disappointed and a waste of time.
