An 18th-century palace, set in botanical gardens, home to a mineralogical & petrological museum. State park Parkland, established in 1979, with footpaths, a boating lake crossed by 6 bridges & ornate gardens. Museum Museum of modern German history, including some documents that belonged to Oskar Schindler. Museum 18th-century house where Beethoven was born, with exhibits including his manuscripts & last piano. Botanical garden Gardens, founded 1818, for scientific research, with tropical greenhouses plus a pond with turtles. Natural history museum Museum started by zoologist Alexander Koenig, with exhibitions on biodiversity & natural history.
