The is great and is perfect if you’re just planning to spend under 4 hours exploring the town. Overnight is €11.70, with limited power hookups available for €4.70 per 4 hours. There’s a gray water dump and a paid water fill station, which is convenient. It was quiet during our stay, which we appreciated. However, there are no facilities at all, so for what’s essentially just a lot, the price felt a bit high. Motorhome and to the historic centre. Easy to access area. If you need electricity, don’t show up to late. Great site. 5 minute to town. Mixture of size spots, even for the bus-style motorhomes. Small issue with the local kids drinking on the left as you drive in, so we didn’t park on that side. There are public toilets in the centre that aren’t great, but then if you choose to eat at one of the restaurants you can use their facilities. Bello, pulito, tranquillo e poco caro. Exit barrier and associated ticket recognition system was still broken (end Dec) which meant it was impossible to pay (we wanted to!) Great for a into the beautiful of Beaune. Bays are small but can just fit a 7.5m motorhome if you overhang the pathway at the rear, electric points didn't all work and those that do were occupied as this is a very popular stopover due to its proximity to the motorway and town. The payment system was broken and the barriers were permanently up making it not possible to pay, we visited early October 2024. Beaune is a lovely, quaint with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. It's definitely worth the walk. Right next door to the police station so security shouldn't be a problem! Great for visiting the city, I think the aire is a little poor in comparison to others we have visited at. Electric isn’t available everywhere and the bays are on the smaller side. Tokens are required for water and waste drop, it’s not a big deal it just a bit of a pain. Still worth a visit but the aire doesn’t match the stature of the city. Whilst I agree with the comments regarding etc; we arrived in a motorhome of just over 7m and 2 bikes on the back (so maybe 8m total) and the majority of bay sizes are a problem. The bays a way too for anything bigger than a car-sized camper, with larger vehicles necessitating the rear of the vehicle overhanging walking areas between rows. With 2 motorhomes in adjacent bays, it'd be a struggle to get out of your vehicle let alone drive out! The majority of vehicles occupied alternate bays while we were there which was fine. In a nutshell: great but bigger bays needed.
