I have been to this restaurant over a hundred times and have never been disappointed. Food excellent, extensive wine list, ambience second to none, staff are pleasant, helpful without been intrusive. This restaurant is frequented by both visitors and locals in equal measure, which creates an athmosphere that is truly unique. Have been here many times, always good. The Prato de dia Sunday was Cabrito and absolutely delicious. Service can be a little slow when very busy (Sunday lunchtime) but plenty of appetisers on offer. Good wine selection, good sweet selection. Perfect. Service was nice Meals are very tasty Desserts are delicious Food is traditional Portuguese and well portioned. The staff is exceptional, we always have a pleasant experience. Would recommend ordering the grilled chouriço starter - tasty and grilled to perfection. I've loved the food, I mean it's good nothing out of the ordinary. Ow and they serve coke in glass bottles. Warm welcome on arrival and attentive service by staff throughout meal. Special mention of our waiter Filipe - wonderful a gentleman and great food and drink recommendations. Food portions were generous and tasty slice of Portuguese cuisine Food very good.
