Could do with a clean and new mats for the slides, but fine for the little ones. Friendly staff. We all a had a really enjoyable Saturday morning here. The new owners were wonderful, incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facilities were immaculate, the fact there was a small cupboard full of nappies and wipes in the disabled toilets, free to those who need them, was I thought a lovely touch. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast. Thoroughly recommend for any age from toddlers up 12 plus. Nice big, free, carpark. We went early, just after opening, it was nice and quiet. Our son is Send, so a quieter environment is sometimes good until he is acclimated. Speaking with the owner, they do special Send only evenings on a Monday after school, where they turn all the music off, dim the lights to make it easier for those that are sensitive. If you have kids go try, take their shoes off and let them go, order a coffee and relax! This was great for the kids - they had the best time! Was able to walk in. Had food here too - very nice. Good service and reasonable prices. Took grandchildren, was lovely play barn, good prices for food and drink Our first visit last Sunday..the grandkids loved it..aged 1 & 3..kept them busy for a few hours..will definitely go again. I absolutely loved coming here myself as a child and now im older and have my own kids I have bought them here a few times and they enjoy it but what is very unprofessional is how the staffs children are in and out of the kitchen sometimes in baby walkers. Why would you allow a baby/toddler in a kitchen where they are preparing food and there are most likely deep fat fryers and ovens etc? I visited yesterday with my kids too and some of my siblings and one of the staff members children hurt my little brother. The queues are absolutely ridiculous just to order food or a drink and the staff are extremely slow too. We also waited 10 minutes just to be let in. Its a shame really as i loved it here as a child Visited today with my boys age 3 and 6. They loved it and so did I! The slides were super fast and great fun and the soft play was great! Clean environment with well kept and clean toilets! Staff were lovely and will definitely be going back. Prices were good also including the food and drink! Definitely reccomend!!!
