Watching the pins struggle to reset, often taking up to ten minutes, was a bit of a downer. Switching from a rope-based system to an elevator one could drastically improve the experience. Despite these quirks, the overall enjoyment overshadowed the minor inconveniences. I would recommend this place for those looking for a memorable and lively bowling night, but perhaps with a touch more patience for the pin-resetting antics. Nice family sports place in Åsane. Simulation bowling pool and air hockey boards..... we went at easter time and we won surprises in the bowling bowls when they came back!! That was a fun touch especially for the kids Long waits to get food items, somewhat impolite service. They kept inpoletely telling us we had to wait and saying they couldn't make milkshakes and there were 3 people working at the time who were all at many times during almost an hour of waiting, just standing there chatting with each other seeming to not be doing anything. And yet they couldn't make a milkshake during those times? OK. Bowling was okay, the pins are attached to strings that lift them up to reset for the shot, and they easily get tangled up rather often. And the double lane we were at only had one table with chairs, so when someone else got the lane next to us they had to stand.
