One of the nicest courses in Leeds. Definitely coming back! Went to a wedding reception, have to say it's one of my favourite places now. Family members who are keen golfers have been members here a long time and we have spent many a good night of entertainment here too. Always a gd experience with gd friends and facilities and 🏌‍♂️ Played here with our golf society (Sunday 2nd July 2023) and what a magnificent course and clubhouse. All of the from start to finish were excellent, and couldn't do enough for us. The course itself was very well maintained. It's awesome watching the planes land at Leeds Airport too!! From start to finish lovely. Course lovely, not too hilly. Good bacon sarnies & variety of beverages. Nice surroundings, nice food and selection of beers. Tough course when the wind blows but it’s very straight forward and open. You wont lose your ball if you miss the fairways. Greens are true and fast. Could do with more sand in the bunkers though but otherwise course is kept in very good condition. Pro very helpful and friendly. Has a very nice modern clubhouse and outside area. I recently celebrated my birthday at the club and the experience was fantastic from the initial booking to the organisation and the actual event itself. I wanted specific food for my guests and they weren’t disappointed! Everyone loved the event and commented on how great the venue was. The bar we also super. Can’t recommend the golf club for events highly enough. Thanks to everyone for a memorable stress free experience We have been lucky enough to have a few Sunday lunches out over the last few months but I have to say today’s was brilliant. We love food and have eaten in lots of restaurants, Luca’s homemade pate was delicious, the beef and gammon melted in your mouth , the veg was really well cooked and the pudding was massive (we shared lol) and scrummy! Lovely atmosphere, amazing value (3 course less than £20) and attentive x great Sunday lunch we will be back. Very good test of golf, with some very interesting holes,. Not a particularly long course, so suitable for all abilities, and it was in excellent condition when we played it. The clubhouse facilities are very good and proshop is well stocked. ALL of the associated with the club were very polite and helpful. On the day we played we were made most welcome and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a visit to my friends. A little gem of a course that I'll definitely look forward to visiting again. 24 of us turned up as a regular visiting party. Simon the pro was great as were the catering and bar staff. The course was in great condition and the greens were awesome. Hope we didn’t make to much noise but we all thoroughly enjoyed the day. Many thanks Thank you for an amazing wedding reception.
