Took a ride out on our Triumph for a light lunch, been told about the cafe by friends who had visited, well worth the 90 minute journey. 50 odd mile ride to visit this place. Was a little disappointed at being charged £4 for a bread roll, marge and one slice of processed roast beef as a sandwich. Really did expect more from a place that has become so popular. Had a great ride out to Route 59 with my motorcycle club from Cheshire. This is a popular spot with motorcyclists. Today, the lady was holding fort single handed, yet came up with the goods without any more delay than a fully staffed café. As for quality and price, no complaints whatsoever. All the bikers looked happy, the food kept coming, my lunch tasted good (bacon in a barm) the cappuccino was excellent and everyone else's various meals looked as good as the smiles on their faces. This stop on the A59 near the 'cho cho' railway station needs your support. It's clearly an old petrol station, so lots of shelter from the rain. When the money comes in I am sure that they will invest in a few more outside wooden tables and benches but there's plenty of raised walls upon which to sit. If you're passing on the A59 east out of Skipton, stop give it a try and prepare to enjoy. Great place for bikes to visit great atmosphere...a regular spot for us to meet up. Great breakfast. Tasty sausages particularly. Eggs as they should be. A good stopping point on a journey across to the lakes. Value for money, hearty food and a friendly Yorkshire welcome!! Will use again and again! Great cafe. Really tasty, good quality breakfast batches. Beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Raymond is a fantastic host, 100 out of 10 if that was possible to give. His bacon is always crisp and the buns are firm. Great atmosphere and only the charm a Scotsman can give. Great sausage too. Shame there's there's no lorne sausage but one can live with that. Cafe is nice too. Good coffee. Will be visiting again regularly.
