Nice place It's a very bright, unusual statue. Makes you try to figure out what it represents. Is it a bird, or a man holding a large lady lol. But eye catching. I liked it. They got fountain, but they never turn it on to at least make this statue appealing. It's the icon of Duisburg, though. Idk, big colourful bird.
