There's a queue ticket you should get in the machine at the entrance. Staffs are helpful, quick, and efficient. It's pretty busy here. Beautiful town with lots of history. Only one day with a little rain out of the five days we were there. easy to find and get help But the issue is the Bergen card at winter, that is totally a trap. in winter time most of the museums close at 3 , opening very short period of time or even open once or twice a week!! You basically not able to see the attractions its stated. Remaining accessable one very likely only with discount,but not 'free' one. So I suggest only buy transport ticket is fine Kristien was super helpful and very patient , explaining the various routes to Flam and Oslo. Very nice Tourist centre right in middle of the town. We interacted with couple of staff, they were helpful, gave all the details we needed patiently and booked our tours. Also written a personalised travel itinerary as one of our activities needed travelling out of Bergen. I would highly recommend them.
