Since then, they have changed - prices have gone considerably up, while meal portions are now smaller. We’ve tried several dishes, I must say they look similar to the ones at Radnički restaurant: - Pljeskavica Aleksandar (minced beef) - Gurmanska rebarca (pork ribs on pita bread) - this one’s quite tasty, but the pita bread is bad - Vrat na naš način (pork neck) - quite as well - Batak na naš način (chicken thighs) - Som prženi (fried catfish) Also, starters platter are very (catfish paté is my favourite), soup also, and dessert (poppy pie) was one time good, the other time not so good. I’ll give this restaurant one more shot, and update/edit this review accordingly. Довольно необычное место, и, пожалуй, необычное в хорошем смысле. Ресторан на воде. Само здание внутри как будто лишено цельного стиля и характера: березки и клены, горшки с самыми разными растениями, не самый удачный интерьер, а из окна открывается вид на облезлый катер. Может показаться, что это начало негативного отзыва, но это совсем не так. Простота убранства полностью компенсируется кухней. Да, меню во многом типично для сербского ресторана, но при этом ярко чувствуется авторский замысел шеф-повара. Это удивляет и радует: в окрестностях редко встретишь заведение с такой сильной кухней. Цены выше среднего — примерно в полтора раза дороже, чем в других местах рядом. Но это оправдано: блюда действительно вкусные, с интересной подачей. Такое нечасто встретишь, особенно в небольшом городке вроде Панчево, поэтому впечатление оказалось по-настоящему особенным. Хочу оставить небольшое пожелание шеф-повару. Вы — огромный молодец, ваши блюда явно выделяются на фоне других, и это видно даже по фотографиям гостей: всё красиво и со вкусом. Но, пожалуйста, подумайте о сокращении меню — сейчас позиций слишком много, и это немного утомляет. Возможно, если сократить его хотя бы наполовину и сосредоточиться на современной подаче, получится ещё более сильный результат. У вас точно всё выйдет, потенциал огромный. В любом случае, я искренне рекомендую посетить это место. Пусть у него нет богатой истории, которой гордятся многие рестораны, зато здесь есть настоящая жемчужина — талантливый шеф-повар, его мастерство и видение кухни. Спасибо!
