Got all the information I needed in one go: time and place to meet (they even pick up from the hotel), duration of the 2-dive boat trip and all the things I need to bring. Equipment is well maintained and they´ve got everything to hire, even computers. If u opt for two dives u get tea or coffee with muffins during the break. All in all a good even though the is freaking cold in may. Our pirate cave was amazing. The centre supplies all the gear needed before lovely guides and a skipper take you for a short boat journey down the coast. One at the cave you have to jump off the boat and a small swim to the cave entrance. The guides help you through the very minor duck under into the large cave space. You get to climb up and down between the stunning scenery lighted by the torch provided. Swimming through millions of years of rock formations with a few little jumps off small edges. An you will never forget and a must do whilst here! And after all that you get taken to a small cove to have a snorkel around with all the gear provided before heading back on the boat to hot showers ready to depart. Great gears, nice location and wonderful instructor. The only reason I was able to start and finish my was our amazing instructor Remco. I can’t thank him and Gigi enough. We arrived at 3.15pm which was the time their pick up service arrives back at the centre. Goffe explained what we would do, where we would explore and what kind of fish we might see. We were issued a wetsuit, mask, snorkel and flippers and then went with a group of divers down to the boat, to be taken over to the area. What followed was a little bit magical. Having never snorkelled before I didn't really know what to expect but after a quick equipment check we were in the and swimming towards the shallows, where waiting for us was a startling array of sealife. We saw loads of different fish, and even a moray and at one point an octopus, colour changing as it crawled over the rocks. They were very kind to fit us in at short notice, but I'm glad they could, these are memories I'll never forget. Hat Spaß gemacht mit euch. Alle 4 Tauchgänge waren Abwechslungsreich und sicher. Great center, really amazing experience. Our master Bart (like Bart Simpson!;) was great, really patient and you have the feeling that nothing wrong can happen and you can trust him. With us there were also Cedric who was doing his master licence and he was great too. I really really recommend this center to everyone. Even if you are beginner, you will be treated as a part of “diving family”. Greetings from Czech republic :) We booked for our sons ages 11 and 14 with Albatross in Cala Bona. On the day of booking we were introduced to Mike who is a Master Scuba instructor. After a brief discussion we felt very safe that our children will be in safe hands under the water. On the day of we were collected from our hotel by Mike and our children were also accompanied by Salak, a trainee Scuba Instructor of Mike. After another thorough explanation of what to expect Mike explained the whole safety process to both of our children. Children were then geared up with the full attire of scuba and they left for diving. Again in the Mike carried out another briefing before they commenced diving. An hour later all of them returned safely back to the Albatross offices. Our children were absolutely exstatic with the whole of scuba diving. I would definitely recommend Albatross in Cala Bona and would rate Mike 10 out of 10. Thank you to Mike for giving our sons an awesome of a lifetime. Very nice and friendly crew, good spots. I cannot recommend highly enough my daughter (age 10) did her first scuba discovery session the instructor was excellent with her and they also included my son (only 7) letting him join in snorkling and wearing the wet suit so he felt included. My daughter wasn’t nervous at all, really reassure by their expertise and fantastic pre routine! It really made our holiday - thank you so much! I did open course here and couldn't be more happy with it. The best place for and courses in Mallorca. Very professional and helpful staff, instructors are highest class and gave complete confidence when learning to dive. Well organized and smooth process from booking to teaching to to getting home. Coming back in September to do the advanced course here! Overall a fantastic experience. I tried the introduction. The instructors were all very nice and professional, and patient as well. As it was my first time I felt very safe with their guidance. Another benefit was that they drove me from and to the hotel for free, so I didn’t have to think about transportation at all. I would recommend starting your journey with them if you haven’t already. Absolutely worth the money and an unforgettable experience. Ich habe einen Schnupperkurs gemacht. Es ist alles sehr gut organisiert und man wird langsam an das Tauchen herangeführt. Unser Guide Mathias war sehr ruhig und hat mir am Anfang sehr emphatisch mit der Atmung geholfen, sodass ich statt abzubrechen doch noch einen sehr tollen und ersten Tauchgang machen konnte.
