You can tell every bottle is made with love and care — no chemicals, no shortcuts. The were world-class, especially the Vranec Elixir and Artisan Rhein Reisling. Rich, complex, and full of character. We opted for the full with local food, which included cheeses, homemade meats, fresh bread, and grilled dishes. Everything paired beautifully. Though I am a vegetarian, I had some good choices available while my friends enjoyed the other dishes.
