I found the place to be very and the prices reasonable. I had a caramel latte and bought jugs of juice for my 3 while they ran around and had fun. We visited on a Sunday morning at 10 am during the school holidays and it was very busy. Half an hour before the end of our session the crowds were gathering ready for the next session. I loved the separate areas for the youngsters and bigger ones and even more so that the for the little ones was more than just padded toys. It was a mini play! There was an "arcade" too with air hockey and a couple of other games. I diddly get a proper look. Above the arcade was a football/basketball accessible via the which had a loopy slide, a normal slide, a spider's web, various levels of climbing, swinging and playing areas and all 3 of my aged 5,8 and 11) had a great time. There were loads of tables and chairs, a toilet and the cafe/ kitchen was and served yummy-looking pizza, chips and burgers too. Highly recommended! loved it. Would recommend for families... Food and drinks well priced and the work quietly around you. Could do with air con as, was very hot that day but doors were left open so we got a little bit of relief. Great price and it keeps happy 😁👍👍👍 Fun Valley Derby is an absolute gem! We had an incredible time; it's perfect for all ages. My absolutely loved the huge and trampolines, keeping them entertained for hours. The facility is spotless, and the are super friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone has a safe and fun experience. There are good food options too, making it easy to stay fueled. We left with big smiles, already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for a brilliant day out in Derby, rain or shine! My baby liked it very much Great place, clean, really enjoyed it. Food reasonable priced, parking good. Would recommend. Changed reviewed, my daughter’s was chaos not very organised, seemed to book as much as possible and take as much money. Didn’t received full menu, and had to tell what to do Great place for the kids. Good price for the looted time. Adults have fun too Recently visited for a party. My son loved it but as an adult I felt the facilities are very neglected could do with a good clean. no are monitoring what’s going on. Arcade is very run down with climbing all over the machines. Such a shame as it could be a really good place for the but compared to others in the it just dont match up. I don’t think I would be returning in a hurry First visit with a 14 Month old toddler , thoroughly enjoyed it and so did our grandson..all the interacted and played nicely.. food and drinks are reasonably priced and portions just right for children. We will be returning. Disappointed with the Derby one as I found the Nottingham one so much better. get pretty bored here quickly although there is a big climbing net in the middle this is generally for older children. I took my 4 year old grandson who was too big for the baby and too small for the bigger in places. Needs a bit more variety. Cars were not in use and struggled to stay the full 2 hours. Food is nice though and reasonably priced. Unfortunately this place has significantly dropped hygiene standards. The place that used to be and fresh, now is smelly, with sticky slides and uncleaned (massive dust piles between playground stairs). I do not understand why you think it's ok. If you want to run this place like this i will definitely not return. This is a. Excellent place with a large and one for toddlers. £6.50 per kid for 2 hours is amazing value. The food and drink are also really nice. Owner needs to take the chip off her shoulder. She’s not running the world it’s a centre. Seen her speak in a poor manner to parents, including myself. World is full of negativity do better because pick up on that. Nothings that bad that it cannot be resolved peacefully. Other than place is tight. They’ve squashed too many tables into a small space. Can be done with a good especially the bathrooms but loved it, which is the main thing. Today I had my son’s at Fun Valley. A few days ago I called to ask if they did any specific coloured paper plates to match the Spiderman theme. Unfortunately they did not. Today at the party, they had made the effort to buy us red paper plates to match our son’s theme and I was really taken aback to see how much they cared and wanted to make my son’s a special one! I really appreciated that they had gone above and beyond for this small but very appreciative gesture! The was beautifully and the thoroughly enjoyed themselves! Definitely recommend parties here and we will also be back for a visit :) 5* My first visit today to Fun valley, I took my 3 year old grandson. I was very impressed with the set up. Very and good condition. They serve food and drinks at reasonable prices, and the were very welcoming The place is amazing for but….a lot,a lot of parents who are not able to supervise their kids! Yesterday I went with my both there to and I was sitting with both of them in the ‘under 4 area’ where the colourful balls are.A girl who was bigger than 4 ( much more bigger).I think around 14-15 she literally climb on the wall and jump in the balls area. And hit my child ( 2 years).Last night when I went home,I notice a big bruise on his spine.Where the parents are! Why they dosen’t supervised them? How is possible to let them to do whatever they want???????? They are still kids. You can’t just stay on your phone and do your things while your child is hurting another (smaller ).The place shouldn’t let the to climb on the wall like this and jump.Is not a pool there. Is an where small are playing….This is so dissapointed… One of the cleanest places I've been too. The especially managers are lovely and even the younger staff. I've visited about 10 times now never had a bad experience and like that they don't allow it to get overly packed out. Amazing place my daughter loved it My 6 year old son absolutely loves this play….he enjoys the variety of slides and trampolines and it’s by far his favourite one! My 9 year old also loves the football bit at the top and they both leave very satisfied (and, most importantly, tired at bedtime)! I held my son’s here earlier this month and all the were super helpful and accommodating. had a fab time…party food was great. Would highly recommend! Went with 2 and 3 year old and really not suitable for this age group. Priced very high for the age group and food and drink expensive £14.50 for myself and to go in the for coffee, toast, 2 fruit shoots and 2 packs of wotsits it was another £10. Absolutely won’t be going again. Had my daughters 3rd here yesterday! Was a lovely place with plenty to do a lovely private part upstairs for the guest /adults to sing happy and eat would definitely recommend Paid £5.50 for my 10 month old yet it felt like there was barely anything there for that age group. Mostly a ball pit with lots of broken balls. Seems there is plenty there for older though. Bits of equipment seemed to be just broken or missing? Everything felt filthy. I know areas are not expected to be clean, but I’ve been to a lot of them in Derby and I feel this is the dirtiest I’ve come across. Great party, amazing friendly! Nice place enjoyed friendly and place and cheap as well food is great as well So I booked fun Valley for my daughter‘s second altogether 13 came to the and it cost £200!! This was meant to include a meal per child and two hours in the room. When the food arrived there wasn’t even enough to cover the 13 genuinely all that they served were a few nuggets, two per child, a few chips and probably a 12 inch cheese pizza that had to be shared between 13 and a little bit of ice cream for dessert. The ice cream didn’t even have sauce on it. It was just plain ice cream. There wasn’t enough food to go round all the which meant some of the had to share their already very small portion that they were given with the other that didn’t have any food We were told we had to leave the room 15 minutes before 2 o’clock even though we paid for the whole two hours they shouldn’t advertise it as a two hour block if it’s only gonna be an hour and 45 minutes the were extremely rude kicking us out of the room seconds after we sang happy birthday. When we left the room we went downstairs to the main room as we were told we could stay until 2 o’clock. Because we didn’t have any to cut the cake in the room we decided to cut the cake when we went downstairs this meant that we didn’t end up leaving until 2:10. That’s 10 minutes that we went over the slot time. We had multiple members being rude to us. They were even shouting down the microphone to the entire that We had to leave. The manager was constantly guilt tripping us saying that we were the reason other people couldn’t get into centre. We paid £15 per child the people waiting to come into the centre hadn’t booked and were paying the normal £5 fee. So you’d think 10 mins over would be ok considering we were made to leave the room 15 mins early. For £200 I think personally it’s an absolute rip-off. We got an hour and 45 minutes upstairs a 12 inch pizza and a portion of fries and a portion of chicken nuggets. For £200! The way the other members were being spoken to by the manager was extremely unprofessional and we all felt very sorry for the members that were being spoken to disrespectfully by their manager. The good vibes were very quickly ruined by the managers extremely rude behaviour towards not only us but the as well. The irony of us being Made to leave 15 minutes earlier despite paying for two hours but when we stay downstairs for 10 minutes extra they are angry and annoyed with us? I won’t be going back again!! Out of every single place I have been to this was by far the most disappointing. I’ll be contacting them to arrange a refund for the 2 who didn’t even get any food that day. Simply - if it wasn’t for my daughter who loves this play, I would never be returning. The lady who wears a scarf who said her name is Aisha, she is AWFUL, her behaviour is so off putting. She is extremely rude and standoffish. She just stands around talking to to the employees and on her phone. Doesn’t even bother to accommodate. Upon leaving the facility I was saying excuse me as Aisha was talking to the co worker, aisha then yells to the co worker she was having the conversation with to open the gate for me to leave, (even though aisha she was stood right next to the get to let us out.) This is just one example of many from Aisha. Awful customer experience every time. Went in a group today (half term) which was absolute chaos, I definitely think there needs to be a booking system as it was just way too busy. To the point of being potentially dangerous/accident waiting to happen. People queueing out the door, no free tables. Good selection of food and drinks, food isn’t expensive either. on the front desk are nice, the member hovering around us telling us to move our coats was abit rude and we felt like she was watching us the whole time. Parking is an absolute nightmare, wouldn’t recommend going in a vehicle, we had to park miles away which isn’t ideal with small and babies in the middle of a busy busy industrial estate where cars are parked on the pavement causing us to walk in the road… is fairly big and there was lots to do, the enjoyed playing. There were also fighting, like actual fist fighting and kicking each other whilst on the floor whilst parents just sat and watched, would not return which is a shame as it does have potential to be great My Grandaughter loved it, and after all that is all that matters. Great slides, plenty of climbing areas, also space for ball games. I would have rated this four or even five stars, if not for one major issue, parking. For how busy the place was, the parking was nowhere big enough. And although I read on the website street parking was allowed, there were double yellow lines everywhere. While reversing from the small carpark we were nearly involved in an accident. So yeah, great for kids, but the parking is a nightmare. He had our daughter's 5th here. The were great, incredibly helpful. It's a reasonably priced, very large for kids. It's also very good for parties because you get the upstairs to yourself. Food was good and catered for gluten and dairy free options without any fuss.
