Will definitely be visiting this again Picked up my Red wolf today from Solware. Carl went through my order and gave me an alternative silencer to consider. This gave me a silencer that looks on the gun and saved me £80. and I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Solware. Certainly won't be going anywhere else for future purchases. Had a experience, first time there and had a selection of items and very honest opinion. Could not fault them when I picked the FX DRS Tactical they helped me out with the buffer tube and stick and gave advice of pellets people had been using and what worked and did not. Will happily there online or in person again. This is a gun shop, amazing and a huge collection of rifles. I first went in looking to purchase my first PCP rifle, the guys in the shops spent well over an hour with me finding exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I experienced a product with a manufacturing defect and the guys at the replaced with a sincere apology. Great shop, service, and experience I had a minor issue with one of my orders, but after calling in, Alex provided exceptional service. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout multiple calls, ensuring everything was resolved smoothly and that I was kept fully up to date. Despite the small hiccup, the outstanding care made all the difference, and I’ll be happily recommending Solware. I’m very new to airgun target shooting. I have bought 2 guns from Solware and the has been brilliant on both occasions. I bought a KRAL Puncher last Thursday. Alex was both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Nothing was rushed and he took everything step by step and finally calibrated the gun perfectly. I couldn’t have for a more attentive experience.
