Today a young life guard was so rude by the entrance and tried to rip me off by charging me for 3 adults instead of charging 1 adult 1 kid and 1 student. He was determined to charge my 16 year old as an adult instead of student because he did not have his ID. We NEVER had to show ID here before. For me it was not about the money, but more the way he spoke to me when I tried to ask him about it. He was so RUDE and condescending. He just put a very bad taste in my mouth. Usually the lifeguards here are very friendly especially the blond guy who is usually here. Could be that I was a foreign woman with 2 kids? Usually when I come with my husband we were never treated so bad. Very disappointing!!!! Great food! Reservierungen scheinen hier keine Rolle zu spielen – man wird einfach ignoriert. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und patzig, statt hilfsbereit. Die Sanitäranlagen sind in schlechtem Zustand, die WCs riechen unangenehm. Außerdem fehlt jeglicher Spaßfaktor: kein Sprungbrett, keine Attraktionen, nur ein tristes Becken. Für den Eintrittspreis absolut empfehlenswert.
