Great place to take a nice walk and picnic, lake walking is great in the winter, Nice Area with different walking trails. Most are paved and with streetlights. It's under the approach of Landvetter flygplats so occasionally there are planes flying over. So for the quietness you don't have to go here. Lovely walks in this are. Went for the 9km run and I made it in 8km. Great place for a campfire next to a lake. I can only recommend. Watch out for walking paths crossing 70km/h roads at low visibility points. Great views I planned on visiting this place way back when I first looked at going to Sweden. A change of plans meant that I came here right at the end of my trip and it was a beautifully fitting end. Situated just 10-15 minutes from Gothenburg airport, Härskigens has a large car park where you can access a couple of the lakes and plenty of forest to explore. The road here has a few smaller stopping areas where you may be able to access slightly more remote areas, but the main car park still gives access to the lake, beaches and forest walks - with an island you can step over to and watch the sun set if you are there at the right time. Hello, I will share an experience with you today. I just moved to Landvetter and today I started to explore the area a little. It looked close to me on Google Maps. There was a walking area and it was very close to the lake. I went there and sat in the car for a while because it was raining heavily. When the rain stopped, I got out to look around. Although there was nothing that showed that it was private property, 2 women came to me from a building there. They started to insult me. They told me to get out of here. I told them that I did not know that it was private property and that I had just come here for the first time to explore the area. But they showed racist attitudes towards me. One of them said, I know why you came here, do I look stupid? I am in shock right now. The Swedes were warm and friendly people. Why did they treat me like this? Are these lakes and forests their personal property? Can someone explain this to me? My advice to you is to stay away from this building if you go here for a walk, otherwise they may treat you like this too... Various trails of different lengths available. From 2km to 15km. Lovely outdoor trails take you near lakes, through forest, near the roads and houses. A nice mix of scenery. 🌲 Fanns flera fina motionsspår, barnvagnsvänligt runt en del av sjön. Årets första korvgrillning utomhus 😍🌭 Extremely beautiful nature great trails and the camp spots are really well made with good sleeping area and good fire pits, for people that love hiking its a great day trip or to go and spend the night by a fire and tell some spooky stories. Love the scenery, but the 70 km road is very close when you walk with off the leash dogs. The natural scenery here is beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are trails for running and walking along the lakeside, as well as camping areas. I love this place so much!🌤🌾🩵 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
