Villa D'Ayala di Valva è situata su un'altura della collina che sovrasta tutto il paese di Valva. Anche se la strada per raggiungere il paese è intrisa di curve e restringimenti non è difficile raggiungere la località. L'entrata nel piccolo castello è preceduto da un sentiero acciottolato che attraversa dei giardini ben curati e attorniati da piccoli monumenti di marmo. L'ingresso porta ad un altro giardino con una grande fontana e percorso tracciato con ciottoli che portano al castello. Anche se chiamato Castello ha più una struttura tipica di un palazzo dei nobili a pianta rettangolare distribuito su 3 piani ma solo 2 possono essere visitati. Al suo interno si possono visitare stanze attorniate da alcuni affreschi e qualche reperto militare. Non sono presenti mobili e reperti storici tranne qualche lancia e una stanza con illustrazioni fotografiche d'epoca. Ingresso a pagamento, possibilità di avere una guida. Il percorso presenta molte barriere architettoniche e non sono presenti servizi all'interno del Castello. Il costo del biglietto è di soli 5 euro. A detta del dépliant è possibile anche prenotare il posto per eventi privati e sessioni fotografiche. In tutto ciò vale la pena di visitarlo. Una visita a Villa D'Ayala è un'esperienza che incanta, un vero gioiello incastonato nella natura lussureggiante. This is located in Salerno province in the Campania region of Italy. It can be reached by car from Salerno in 40-50 mins. This is located on the top of a small hill and presents a beautiful view of the mountains on one side. The highlight of this is Villa D'Ayala and the gardens around it. The house dates back to 19th century. It is currently in dilapidated state and definitely deserves more attention. The park, made of italian gardens, is beautiful and its pleasure to walk there. There are many statues here and there in the park which are beautiful work of art. Many of them have been stolen or destroyed partly due to theft in the past which is a sad affair. There is also an open theater in the park. The smalm Valva is also beautiful and deserves some attention. It houses an old church which is also worth visiting. A walk through the is also a pleasure. The offers a few restaurant serving cuisine from Valva. One of the great undiscovered sites in Italy. Make sure it is open before going.
