They have some minimum purchases of their smaller cheese balls (minimum 5 she told us) which we didn’t quite understand since they’re selling them by weight but whatever. A mix-up with our order—understandable given the language barrier (we don’t speak Italian, and the staff didn’t speak English)—was handled poorly. Rather than resolving the issue politely, three staff members approached us together in a confrontational manner, insisting there had been no misunderstanding. It felt more like a scolding than a discussion. To follow, the entrecôte was tough and inedible, and no effort was made to address the fact that the customer left the place hungry basically after accepting a dish not ordered to begin with. Feeling unwelcome and disappointed, we chose to skip dessert and leave earlier than planned. The location was magical!
