There are multiple different pools, including a normal with different lanes (the last lane has a kids obstacle course), another two rooms have normal rectangle pools that are much smaller than the one previously mentioned and the temperature is much more warm. There is also the with a lot of different things such a two slides, jets of water etc. which make the experience that much more interesting. Additionally, there is a big slide that you can see from the outside that people can go down. It's fun, there are multi coloured light and I would recommend trying it. While I was there the fie alarm went off and the staff felt with everything really well. First giving out hot drinks for free, then towels and then even chocolate. They eventually even offered free tickets to come once again at a different time. It was a false alarm, but it still shows how they delt with a situation that serious. Would definitely recommend coming here. The Relax/Spa is very nice! Bra ställe för att bada och ha roligt. Jag har badat här flera gånger och jag är nöjd med allt som finns förutom antal rutschbanor som finns här. Jag tycker att det borde byggas fler rutschbanor, annars är allt bra. Ren och fin badhus. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Jag vill helst undvika och jag rekommenderar Gustavsvik i Örebro istället. Quite well place with many possibilities both to have fun and learn children how to swim. Some of the slides are odd because are below a certain height (1.65m I think) so adults cannot slide down with with children. It's wonderful place the family can go together and enjoy the swimming, but it's busy on Saturday and Sunday. When I learnt the does not have lifeguard, I could not believe it. Concerning: Today‘s events in the of Kungsbacka I hereby want to complain to the officials about today's incidents in the of Kungsbacka. When we entered the with our two small children, both one year old and twins, we were expelled from the because we did not have adequate on. That's not right, because as Germans we had the German on. The officials at the reception should have told us before entering about special diapers. We were then told that we absolutely have to buy the swim from the store in the pool, otherwise we will not be able to go into the water. The over expensive swim (458 SEK together), two pieces to buy. After a short fitting we noticed that they were too tight for both of our young, despite the right size. When we wanted to exchange the diapers, that was not possible or the rude saleswoman did not wanted them to be exchanged. When I insisted on talking to the manager, he was supposedly in a conversation and could not get in touch to find a solution. She asked us to wait for 25 minutes. When I told her that I did not want to wait 25 minutes with our one-year-old twins in the bathroom, we went to the reception and complained there, even here we were not helped. Only after a long discussion were we reimbursed the entrance fee. So after 30 minutes we were not once in the water had two overpriced swim which we could not return. One diaper had a boy of us only briefly to the other was not put on at all and the pack in brackets foil only briefly torn open. I find it rather surprising and even outrageous that an exchange was not possible here, or that no one offered a solution to us. Best regards and thank you for your help. Har besökt under några månader nu tillsammans med frugan. Är ett väldigt fräscht och bra badhus, stora bassänger, familjebad, relax mm. Det blivit 5 stjärnor om man rättat till några enkla saker dock. 1:Ljudnivån i relaxens varma källa är ibland samma som i familjebadet, dvs ska egentligen vara en tyst zon men vissa missköter grovt. Då relaxen av någon anledning saknar så lämnar man det helt och hållet till besökarna själva att säga till. Tyvärr lyssnar alla dock, vilket försämrar upplevelsen. personalens fel i sig självt men kunde skötts bättre 2: Personalens kunskap, skulle tecknat årskort på badet och ringt in för att kolla om dom rabatt för sjukpensionärer. Javisst blir svaret! Kommer dit och frågar även hon i kassan, japp det har dom. Tyvärr vet hon hur man ger rabatt förutom på autogiro, så vi tar autogiro då. När vi får kontraktet ser vi dock att det står samma summa som ordinarie pris (280kr), vi påtalar direkt och får till svar att godkänner vi bara det så ska dom åtgärda det under morgondagen. Vi godkänner och lämnar kontaktuppgifter. Ingen hör av sig under dagen därpå, och till slut hör vi av oss. Då får vi till svar att man har någon rabatt på badet alls!? När vi påtalar att vi blev lovade av 2st anställda (kunde dessutom namnet på dessa), så får man bara ett "beklagar". Försöker dessutom hitta någon lösning/kompensation då vi båda ska ha årskort (var tanken iallafall), men möts av total tystnad. Riktigt fult gjort att tvinga in kunder och sen lura dom, känns mer som nån form av scam. Slutsats: Jättefint badhus, men undvik personalen. Därav 1 stjärna. Jag och min familj är nöjd efter besöket, fint, fräscht och trevlig personal. Härlig temperatur i vattnet. Vi kom vid 13-tiden en torsdag och var väldigt lite folk fram tills 14:30 😊 Men snälla, alla ni vuxna, oavsett påbrå, LÄS ALLA SKYLTAR!! Jag såg så många vuxna med barn som duschade innan, som tog av sig skorna osv. Och ni undrar varför personalen upplevs otrevlig? Fattar att hur som jobbar runt om kring området kan . Spola is kallt vatten på gästerna. Javisst barnen tyckter roligt men dom spolar överallt. Kvinnor som vill tvätta håret ?? Tvingade springa när café delen . Sluta med kanske hela området !! Verksamheten är kallt . 2 - Och bestämmer dra när gardiner så kommer sol inne ??? Hur tänker ni ? Det är Sverige 🇸🇪 solen aldrig förstör vistelse . Efter gardiner dragit när då blir det kallt i huset . 3 måste vara ha koll på det stå 2 Sklyt man kan ha telefon ☎️ och dyk i poolen . Vi som äldre klarar alla barn hoppar dyker inne poolen . Fokus 3 punkt annars tappar ni helheten. Good for small kids. Can pay with Epassi. Clean, new building. The soundlevel was high and the training could have been varmer, otherwise a good bathhouse. Ett med rasistiska badvakter. Rasistiska medarbetare från chefen och neråt. De beter sig mycket dåligt mot besökare ned utländskt påbrå. Bättre att gå till något annat ställe. Kommer aldrig hit igen. Ni borde tvätta trapporna till den stora ruselkanan och det behövs mer badvakter där vid kanan I love all of the instructors who take the classes, they are so genuine taking time to talk to you, help you and even explain things in English. They are also super enthusiastic and look like they love their jobs! If there is ways to describe, which I hardly can find..... The staff I spoke with at this place is completely rude and narscisum. She clearly did not know what is customer's right and did not research the type of Customer that she should maintain politeness with. ( she even claimed that she has worker there for 5 yrs. Is that why the service never improved) So this is only for swedish people??? And common，she would not leave us alone. She even came into the shower room when both of my kids were naked cold, and scared of her, and she just continuously pitching herself to us. I literally had to say multiple times to asked her to leave us alone when we are half way showering with kids!! The only 1 star is for the last few staffs that I spoke with today, they deserve more respect, since they knew how to talk to people with manner and can do critical thinking. Dåligt att man vågar säga till alla som till exempel tvättat håret innan, känns som att man är rädd för att få en rasistisk stämpel. Sitter flera stycken i bubbelpoolen som uppenbarligen ens varit inne i duschen. Inte konstigt att det blir ofräscht snabbt när folk sköter hygienen innan bad. Behövde avboka en simkurs för min dotter en månad innan kursens start. De vägrar ge tillbaks någonting av avgiften. Spend more time in the queues at reception so that i could get inside than training... became everything so complicated... Otroligt ovanlig personal, ljuger och är otrevliga. Snus och tuggummi i trappan till vattenrutschkanan, känns som de aldrig städar. Läcker från vattenrutschkanan ut på vägen. Kallt i vattnet och kallt i luften och även en märklig stank. Jag har varit på mer än hundra och det här kan vara det sämsta.😡 OTROLIGT dåligt bemötande. De yngre som jobbade var trevliga och snälla medans de andra, som jag kan anta är heltids anställda, betedde sig som extremt otrevligt och även en väldigt väldigt tråkig ton, både i receptionen och i badhuset. Hoppas förändras snarast, pratade även med andra besökare som samma åsikt, rekommenderar INTE!
