This used to be one of the best beaches in the Gothenburg area. Nowadays it has become dirty and packed with people that seem not to care about privacy or dignity. Beautiful place. Nice vibes. Good place to relax. Has a spoot for jumping into the water, and ladders to climb up. The water is a bit disgusting tho, full of algae. Wouldn't recommend swimming a lot or opening eyes underwater. The ladder is missing from the little island, which is a pity. Very cool and calm place.. loved it.. The water's fine, but there's a lot of garbage on the ground, which is disgusting. I suggest making it a paid beach area to deter certain crowds. If people want to barbecue, bring screaming kids, and litter, they should go to Askimsbadet instead. Good family place. Showers and toilets available. Beautiful memories made here. So glad we went. Fin badplats, nära stan The beach gets very busy on hot days. There is hardly not a free spot. Mainly for families. Hard to find a parking space. The beach bar is very nice. Really pretty place where you can stake out a relatively private place atop the rocks overlooking the water. Seemed significantly less crowded than nearby Akskimsbadet. My favourite swimming spot in Gothenburg. Perfect for a quick swim in the evening. Badstegar för de som vill bada och en liten strand för barn. Utmärkt wing-foil ställe i S till SV året runt. Riktigt fin badplats, men akta havstulpanerna på stranddelen, min 4 åriga dotter började blöda lite på foten då dom finns utspridda lite här o där under sjögräset. really nice place...perfect for picnic and awesome view.
