From the fantastic to the very friendly wait staff who explained what they offer in English! They were also willing to make items in the menu vegetarian friendly. And the breakfast! From the varieties of bread rolls with crispy crusts and soft interiors and the delicious butter to the perfect omelettes - it was amazing. Plus they had the best strawberry jam I had ever tasted. But as soon as you enter you meet unpleasant stuff, that roll their eyes if you need some time to watch the assortment and make your order. I’m not sure how the management choose the personnel, but I didn’t see yet a smiling face. Very arrogant and seem to be not happy to serve people. They have never heard about customer service and probably should get some training before interacting with people. The prices there are a little bit higher than other coffee shops, which is okay. But you expect really tasty stuff for the prices like this. We tried few cakes there, and the taste is not satisfying at all. But during our last visit we decided to buy some macarons. My husband got me a gift card and I went there to take some. The taste is awful. But besides, the macarons were expired or not stored right, I was throwing up the whole day and night after them. This is so disgusting, that so fancy place provides you with so poor quality foods. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
