Fabulous wee course loved every minute of it. not golfed in 10 years and very rusty but course is very forgiving for the new starter! Reasonable priced for a round of 18 and nicely stocked shop for drinks and snacks. Great club friendly helpful staff, good bar prices, and it's wheelchair friendly. It's OK for a quick hit about. The fairways are divots all over the sand bunker is more like a swimming pool. And at £10.00 a round for 9holes I feel is a tad pricey... If you look at other courses they offer you a round for £8.50 before 11am. And then that entitled you to another free round off 9holes. Better value for money... Though it's local and handy for a hit about. Although it is a council course, it is in great shape and a good test for golfers of all handicaps. Thoroughly enjoyed my round today, winning the match helped tremendously. The greens keeper is doing a remarkable job, best iv seen the course in 40 years . 👏 Great nine hole course, very pleasant staff and the green keepers are doing an excellent job, could do with signs to put you on the alternate tee's on the second nine .
