Played for the first time, course was in great condition, greens excellent especially when you consider the weather this year and that they have no sprinkler system. The course feels partitioned as several holes in separate areas (a map of course is essential) but overall throughly enjoyed. Everybody we meet at this club be that members or staff were very welcoming. We played the 2nd time there little tricky course,.Greens and Fairways were good. The only negative thing were the Bunkers, not enough sand to hit a decent shot. But we are coming back 😁 This was the second week I was at Bellshill for breakfast and it was brilliant again. The service's was gr8 and very polite. Great course , brilliant greens , friendly members Decent course at a decent price. Good food and drinks too. Staff brand new. We visited the course couple of times last year. It was £15 and the relation of quality of the course to the price was I think fair. It is now £35 (?!!) for visitor's round of 18 holes and the course is nowhere near a quality required for that kind of money. Greens are not in the best shape with holes and spots all over them - some of them are really poor, bunkers (most of them) don't have any sand just a hard soil and the course and area in general (like walks between holes) are not the cleanest to put it mildly. So £35 is a lot and we will not be playing again any time soon I'm afraid. Great food and value and a friendly welcome atmosphere Just been for Sunday dinner that starts at 3 Pm, lovely meal and lovely staff .
