The staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially Jesper who sorted us out with socks and armbands and was very flexible with start times and refunds. The staff in the trampoline hall were attentive and helpful too. Recommended! Best place for kids, full of joy and physical exercises, my recommendation is to go in a group. The venue is not suitable for hosting a child's birthday party. The food and drinks are not worth the expense, and their priority appears to be maximizing profits by allowing extra children, leading to poor service from the staff. Additionally, some of my son's birthday presents went missing because the staff forgot to secure the lockers. It took us 20 minutes to get extra ice cream, only to receive the wrong flavor in the end. I do not recommend this venue for any event. Despite raising my concerns with the COO of Jumpyard, I have not received an apology. We went on Saturday and it was crowded, Lots of Kids. It was amazing for me and my daughter we enjoyed a lot, jumping and climbing. The tickets were booked online and the price was reasonable. Staff were really friendly and supportive. At the end, We enjoyed coffee and some snacks. I really recommend you to come to this awesome place. It was the first time my son has seen a place like this. It was amazing for him, he really loved. He played for two hours jumping and climbing, and he made also the gliding. Also the employees was really kind. Awesome Love the place. Sedan ingen mer lek efteråt. Borde vara mer tid om man bokar kalas. Gör om, gör rätt AWESOME!! We had just as much fun as the children there. Wear gym clothing when you go. Kids enjoy alot, usually above 4 years of age but on weekdays 0-4 years can jump from 10 to 14 for free. Mitt i veckan är det lugnt och man hinner med alla saker. Helgen mer folk och längre köer.
