I was here on a business related trip and can safely say that, for what the company paid, this place was excellent value for money. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was great, the breakfast options were good, the staff were all really friendly, there were plenty of power sockets... Absolutely could not fault a thing. Booked in for High Tea as my partner had vouchers from her retirement to go towards it . Great value . Staff were pleasant and well mannered would recommend it for High Teas . If the rest of the club is as good you won't be disappointed 10 out of 10 Visited several times for the full Scottish breakfast...really good value! lovely peaceful setting, comfortable accommodation also available... Was in there with my son, went to the bar for a meal because we had Pepper, our collie with us. The food was awesome, I had the fish and chips with mushy peas. Light and crispy batter coated the perfectly cooked fish, chips were more ISH and mushy peas silky smooth, delicious. My son had the create your own burger which was perfect for him as he is really picky which resulted on an empty plate. The dessert for me was sticky toffee pudding with vegan coconut ice cream, a joy it was sticky and full of toffee, wonderful. My son's was Panna cotta, another clean plate, I think the would have lucked it but managed to restrain himself. Service was friendly and prompt, Pepper loved her pup-uccino and a few sneaky chips. They made a big fuss of her too. Will definitely be back Superb food, keen pricing Fantastic food and service. We have already arranged a return visit! Yet again the Lisini pub group have excelled themselves this is an amazing venue with fabulous scenery. The decor is very modern and chic, the food is great and the rooms are too. The secret garden at night when lit up is very tranquil. Definitely worth a visit Was there 2 weeks ago for a meal which was absolutely delicious as usual very friendly staff cater for every need . £28 for 9 holes of golf is ridiculous. Never be back, that’s a total scam. There are municipal courses that play better and are better kept and they aren’t even £28 for 18 holes.
