Then you can go on plenty of in the arcade but be careful as some machines take your money/you use top up card but sometimes it doesn't let you go on, mentioned it to and they were like it happens nothing we can do, it happened to a few people on this visit, poor customer service from the on this matter. You can get food and even has a bar. Toilets were here. Busy service runs close by but it's good 10-15minute walk from either meadow well or percy main metro station. Although if your lucky to have a car it's easy to park up and to use free car park. We have payed £35 for a set , we were 4 people. In conclusion, this place is worth to spend your over there. I was surprised by my girlfriend with a date night. It was gutterball's opening night! We had 2 of bowling and one of the servers there was absolutely amazing! I managed to get the highest score of the so far and Mohammed S sorted out an additional game for me and my girlfriend! He set me the challenge of beating the previous score that I unfortunately couldn't beat. He managed to make an already great even better! Fantastic evening out! Bowling was just your typical bowling alley but the roller disco and karaoke were fab! I’d give the place and activities 5 stars. However the attitude of the let the place down massively. The way in which one of the girls spoke to me was totally uncalled for. Had a blast here with the mrs for date night. There had been an issue with the system that day and we had to wait a small amount of more than normal, but as compensation we were offered free roller skating while we waited. The drinks were and well priced and the food wasn’t too bad either. Would recommend for a good date or even just to take your kids. Our visit today was for a friend's birthday party, and everyone there had an amazing time. The were fantastic and extremely helpful. Great first here, Zara was lovely! Definitely need a seating area though or at least some seats dotted about as we couldn’t see any and would have probably stayed longer if there was a seated area Great venue! Great atmosphere, food & games. were extremely helpful, particularly KJ, who went out of her way to make sure we had a great time! We brought our daughter and her friend to the Play all and we did play all day. They skated, bowled, darts, played pool, sang karaoke then they started again. Kiera and all members were all friendly and very helpful through the day. We will definitely be back again and probably with more friends. went this evening with my family, absolutely phenomenal experience!!
