Went for 1st and did the Arcade quest. Good fun working out the puzzles to open combination locks. Got some help on a screen when we seemed stuck.. You get 1 hr which I thought was more than enough, but turned out our ran out just before we finished. The girl in charge of us let us play on to finish. SO IF YOU FILL YOURSELF FULL OF DRINK BEFORE GOING IN AND YOU HAVE A WEAK BLADDER...GOOD LUCK. LOL We visited to take part in the "Bank Heist" and had a very enjoyable time. It proved to be challenging for novice roomers but the level of prompting when we slowed or seemed to be stuck was well managed and just about right. The was well prepared and set up and everything worked well. Friendly and helpful staff. We found the gold bars and escaped with seconds to spare! I'd definitely return to try the other rooms. They also offer axe throwing which seemed to be very popular. Absolute fabulous experience. We escaped the prison ⛓️‍💥 and was so much fun. Oana is who we had and she was class and Charlie was also amazing. Finished the in 42 miniutes, try beat that!! We had a brilliant time, Harry was super helpful in the virtual reality and Charlie was very tolerant of our pointless enthusiasm in the axe throwing! Both were very skilled at supporting us to make sure that we had the very most fun during our there, we will definitely be coming back experience. we did the sherlock holmes room. time, would do again. Brook was explaining everything and making ait a fun experience. We just did the First Contact and escaped with 30 seconds to spare! Tricky but some really cool puzzle! We also had an Tom who just made the all that much better! Thanks Tom! We all had an at this room!! Brilliant vibes and puzzle solving throughout!! Charlie and Yara were absolutely brilliant, so friendly, really made the experience. Varied choice of rooms with different themes and difficulties. Yara was a guide for this, then the axe throwing was super fun, Charlie was as a guide for this activity. Prices are very decent and fair and they both let us have some extra on both the and the axe throwing. 100% recommend going here. Was a surprise find but definitely worth going. Was our first doing an & we really enjoyed it. Seryu was a brilliant host, he talked us through the & gave us helpful prompts when we needed it. Thanks for being so welcoming! We went on a last minute trip here and loved it! We did the Taken and though we needed one too many clues, our Brian was a help! From the get go Brian made us feel welcome, explained the game well and really made the great. Fun game, lovely staff! We will definitely be visiting again (maybe an easier room) ☺️ epic Played the Assassin’s Creed- Beyond Medusa’s Gate puzzle in the new VR with my partner and we loved it! We managed despite not much video game and virtual reality experience. Would definitely do another room! Tom was the best games master i’ve had! We did first contact initially and loved it so much we did dead mans hand straight after, he was very considerate when giving clues and management, 100% would go again, thank you Tom! :) Oana was brilliant!! Brilliant Fab day out for a 9 year old birthday. Boys had a and was fantastic So much fun and the are incredible!!! So much to do there, especially the rooms! Will definitely be back 😁 We loved the room. We tried the VR for the first and the was very helpful. Seryu and Nathan helped us on the games just enough and made it fun with little messages on the board. We'll definitely visit again! Really good room. Clues took some thinking but thankfully there are clues. Ceryl was welcoming and friendly and explained the rules so we all knew what was going on. The music ramped up as we neared the deadline which got the pulse going too. Really recommend for a fun hour. I went with a 13 and 20 year old and I’m in my 50’s and we all enjoyed it. A very enjoyable experience. game we played was very well designed & was both challenging & rewarding. I will certainly come back again & recommend the venue to family & friends. Was a night will defo do again. Brian and Tom were hosts. craic with Tom slagging the boyfriend and Brian sending us for a decent pub crawl. Really good Oana was absolutely and helped calm our nerves doing our room! She was lovely!! She was absolutely and played a part Very good room! My team of 3 did the prison room, it was very challenging, and it took us the whole given to escape, but the puzzles were fairly easy to solve, and we were given assistance if needed. Our Oana was very friendly, and excellent playing the warden in the room. Overall experience, and suitable for younger people! We had done the axe throwing a while back for the first time, and was a experience! Thanks to Nathan for helping us organise this and to Stuart for the coaching! This was my first and it won’t be my last! We completed the Arcade which was so much fun. The were all lovely but a special thanks must go to Charlie who was so friendly and helpful…we would have definitely been stuck in 1987 if it hadn't been for his hints! Thanks Newcastle and see you again soon! It was really an time, I’ve tried many rooms but these were really invested in and thought through. Loved the rooms and the were great! My friend and I had Brooke hosting our games, she was enthusiastic and made our thoroughly enjoyable. We’d definitely go back!
