Super place 4 indoor activity. My kid love it. For another £4 you can have, below ceiling zip line. Also you can have climbing for extra £6. It's very secure and under control. I can recommend this for all active people. Please mind to bring more money 4 extra activities. Upstairs is cafe with drinks, Doritos, hotdogs and sweets. Not value for money, you have to pay separately for everything inside. And for each activity they charge a lot. Specially family with more than 1 have to pay a lot of money just for 1 hour . I am really disappointed by the charges and services. Went with the little one. Place was dead so had the whole place to ourselves. Absolutely fantastic and reasonably priced for an hour. An hour is more than enough as we were wrecked and getting a ride on the dodgems in the price was a bonus. There's an arcade as well but only takes cash. They have a cash machine on site but not sure if it charges so better to take cash with you. Finally special shout out to James was taken care of us. Great service and very friendly. Place was clean , well staffed and plenty free parking though imagine it fills up at peak times. I didn't even actually go in, but my had such a time at a bouncing here that she asked to stay and go on the UK's longest zip line. Which she did, and enjoyed it greatly! We had a great time at Clip and climb. I tried lots of the climbs and my arms went completely numb. The enjoyed the challenge. I did often struggle to clip and unclip, which gets a bit frustrating. There is a wide range of climbs with different difficulties and obstacles, so plenty to keep you occupied for the hours session. There are helpful if you need them. We had a birthday at InflateSpace Newcastle, and the from Bede Community Primary School had an absolute blast! A big shoutout to Murphy for the awesome customer service and top-notch organization. I definitely recommend this place for families and kids—it’s a must-visit! The are always brilliant every visit, they’re very observant and are great with my son with additional needs. There’s so much to do here and can’t fault the they’re all wonderful Took our teenage and a few friends, had a great time. Probably the oldest group there but had a laugh plenty to do Plenty on hand also , My gone to a birthday there and: .the zipline was fantastic .it had lots of infladable to play on And lots more. Had a great day my 5 year old absolutely loved the clip and climb, it was well worth the money and very safe, loads to do here after the session too plenty games in the arcade will be back to try the other activities More for than adults. Bit expensive for a massive indoor bouncy castle, and it seems like the arcade games take up more space than the actual obstacle course and as usual these are chargeable providing tickets as winnings. Food is expensive, £9.50 for a rollover petrol station hot dog is criminal. Parking is also a nightmare if it's busy so luck! at the reception was unpleasant and not welcoming new members. She looks so frustrated and not even bothered to give proper attention to the users. We were asking about the winning tickets and she’s not even want to answer properly and gave very short answer without asking us if we got sufficient information. I give two stars for the games only because we have enjoyed the games. But I will never recommend this place unless the service improved if I visit again. You must need to give some professional training to the at the reception about the customer service. I booked my boys joint and can not complain about anything my boys and their friends left telling me it was the best ever 🤗 our host was amazing and handled everything brilliantly. Neecastle location on 22nd Nov. Deffinately recommend if your wanting a that keeps the children constantly active and busy. We had a fantastic time here, so much to do and my little boy was blown away just walking in the door. Fab fun for all the family! have always wanted to come here so we let them go, I was not impressed by it. £60 for 3 and a adult, the girl who served my husband did not mention you only get a hour, the zip wire, click and ect were not included, never gave them a wrist band. My husband and younger son went on and a woman told my other son and off telling them to get off because they had no band, trying to get the dads attention, then que again for the bands in the end they got about 30 minutes. My son and wanted to go on click and so went and asked the person working on it and they just said " belt, belt, not go on " we couldn't really understand and asked someone else and they were no help. Myself, mam and dad went upstairs to cafe, the lift worked great but when you get to cafe and open the door you have a big table and chairs infront of the lift door, stupid place to put it for people who need ♿️ wheelchair and has a pram and my mam uses a crutch because she struggles to walk, the tables were dirty, did not look happy at all, the music was so loud. This bit is nothing to do with the place it's self it's just advice if suffer bad epilepsy like myself I wouldn't recommend it because the lights round the arcade are bright, some flash and it's loud which was making me feel funny. Everyone has different reviews on things and unfortunately ours was not a one because of the not giving us correct information, cafe that could of been easily cleaned because were just hanging about talking. Kids did love the arcade bit though. It was a really place to hang out with friends and family. You can have birthday parties here too. The food is pretty not as as some other places. If you want to have some fun on the weekend you can just come here. It is around £60 for 3 and an adult so around £15 per person. It is quite expensive as I’ve just said but if you can it’s worth it. Great place, my grandson who is 12 loved it, there’s loads of different things to and bounce on it’s a really big inflatable space, I would advise to book on their website as you need to sign a waiver My son absolutely loves this place, so much so he wanted to have his birthday there! It's always amazing even just for a visit, the are extremely efficient and very clued up on the safety aspect of things! However his blew me away, from the rooms to the help, I have had parties in many places but this one absolutely toped it, the couldn't do enough for you so much so I felt I did nothing (this definitely isn't the case in most places) Nicole our host was fantastic. All the had a blast and everyone commented on what a fab it was, a huge bonus being my son grtting a free return visit...although we would always be back anyway I just thought this was a lovely gesture 😀 Really facility. Some seemed to lack child awareness i.e during the safety briefing sit the children in front of you, establish that everyone is listening. Use a microphone! Explain how to drive the dodgem car, don’t assume a child would know. I know won’t be getting paid a lot but some simple tweaks would be good.
