My partner and I had decided on this particular despite not being the cheapest option out there, it did have the benefit of the best reviews on Google (which is what everyone goes off don't they?) We opted for the Armageddon room, and our games master Harry was great, he gave us a chat about the and what to expect, he helped us get 'into character', we were shown a short video before heading to the room. Everything in the worked really well, and as expected, everything flowed, and the outcome was that we saved the world and total devastation! Reccomend this place to anybody, and we will return to tackle another room! Thanks, Harry! We had a really at these for a last-minute thing to do when visiting. We played the ‘Witch’ game and were really impressed with the lack of combination locks throughout. Our gamesmaster was extremely enthusiastic and helpful and we had a good laugh. The price is normal for most and we were very impressed with the effort that had clearly gone into building the and the story behind it. Will definitely be coming back again. Don’t let the non-descript entrance put you off. A small group of 3 of us went this evening and done the witch room. We all had a time. We found some sections of the a little puzzling and others a bit easier. If like us your just not that bright 🤣🤣🤣 fear not you do get clues and advice if needed through the intercom and TV. All in all a fantastic birthday treat for our friend. Staff were lovely amd we are already looking forward to our next visit to a different room. Thanks alot We did The Plague room. The build up and the atmospherics were really well done. The were enough to push you but still be enjoyable. Our games master, Von, was brilliant. She set the theme and built the excitement so well. We really enjoyed ourselves and would 100% recommend this room. We saved the world with 4 mins to spare! Had a doing the Witch room, we had such a laugh! Rachel was brilliant and gave us hints when we needed them (just a few times)! We'll definitely be back! 4 of us experienced The Witch on Saturday and had a brilliant time! We’ve tried a few and this was definitely the best we’ve done. It was challenging but not too difficult that we had to ask for help which felt satisfying. The were innovative and clever and all of us had something different to contribute. Von was amazing and made our unforgettable. She was funny and welcoming and we all left saying how she was. She knew exactly when we needed help and when to give us a few extra minutes to work things through ourselves. Such attention to deal with some challenging yet manageable puzzles. Von was fun and amazing and gave us just the right level of hints when we were stuck. You'll have a time, we certainly did. My friends and I came to the two days in a row. First day we did Armageddon and the second day witch. Armageddon was more padlocks and methodical for us (besides when I ran away with the UV torch) where as Witch we enjoyed the aesthetic and the overall history and feel of the room, both were difficult but still a blast to go through. I especially enjoyed the witch one as the extra care with the roleplaying to get us set was perfectly done by our host. We do witch and escaped with some to spare but there were enough little jumpy bits to keep us laughing and with the odd scream too. Our host, Aly, was to have with us for the - really friendly and welcomed us warmly, and helped make the a pleasant one for all involved. We tackled the Armageddon / room, which was perfect for first-timers, though we suspect plenty challenging enough for even seasoned players. It had an engaging backstory, some props, and was non-stop problem solving for a full hour. We needed some pointers along the way (delivered in imaginative style), but with about 4mins to spare we saved the world!
