Every member of staff from GP through to receptionist has been polite, helpful, and taken the time to listen. The cafe is definitely worth supporting whilst you're there it's such a valuable asset. Unfortunately, public transport to this surgery is limited as the bus route was withdrawn after planning agreed. However, there's a vast car parking area at this easy to find location, just off Eastern Way alongside the railway. Large bright well laid out health centre, has friendly helpfull staff, on site Pharmacy and cafe area, appears well run and efficient It is mainly 'just' a doctors surgery but the cafe onsite is lovely. Really friendly, good coffee and gorgeous cakes My Mum has just registered here, having moved up from Chester. The site is easy to find, big car park and easy disabled access. Everything was spotleesly clean. It would be good to have some high chairs with arms in the waiting room (for elderly patients) as my Mum really struggled to get out of the low seating. The staff were brilliant, particularly Lucy, who really went the extra mile to sort out our repeat prescriptions and booking in to the NHS App. Thank you Lucy! People like this should not be doctor's, manipulative with the empathy of a dressing table. I walked out without showing her the golf ball sized lump on my groin. Cried all the way home, vile with 0 compassion Had an appointment with Dr Taylor Messinger this morning and he was very informative and caring, a great GP I didn't feel rushed and he explained everything I asked him🙌 Wonderful care and attention from nurses Sue and Charlotte today. They were kind and caring and went above and beyond. They are so busy I appreciate their time. Thank you.
