Good place for a birthday Always a good place to visit, with a happy atmosphere x Quieter soft ideal for kids that can be overwhelmed by louder more rough and tumble places AVOID!!! 😡😡😡 Went here and no places for a baby or toddler apart from a small area and even that was full of big kids! No tables left to sit down… after 30mins of being there we had to leave and take my 3 year old to the hospital as he can’t walk on his leg he started screaming I had to climb up the climbing frame and all I seen was loads of big kids jumping all over him whilst screaming and probably now broke his leg or done some damage!! Far too small for a place full of kids and parents very over crowded!! They care more about money than children safety…. It isn’t monitored there was big children climbing up the slide so my son couldn’t go down it also which was upsetting! But now currently at Workington hospital with possible broken leg/ankle or some serious injuries NOT HAPPY!! 😡 I visited wee rascals adventure world in Carlisle today with my 2 boys and hubby and honestly the are phenomenal they are so kind and very helpful we were enquiring about the privates parties that they do there and Sophie was fantastic she give us some really good information on the parties. I have never been to a soft as welcoming as wee rascalz I would definitely recommend and will definitely be taking my 2 boys back. We even booked a for my sons 3rd birthday in September 5 STARS FROM US. WELL DONE SOPHIE KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK ALL AT WEE RASCALZ XX We absolutely love Wee rascals it’s the best soft in Carlisle, My daughter Poppy and her friends go all the time, the area is lovely and clean and you can keep an eye on them easily whilst chatting with mum friends and eating their delicious cakes and having a gorgeous cup of coffee, the are always lovely and work so hard. Poppy is 3 now but has been going since she was a baby and it has definitely helped her confidence grow. We love going to the themed sessions like meeting Santa and we are looking forward to the Easter one it’s always great value for money 🩷 Wee rascals is fab. My daughter and her bestie absolutely love it. We have attended the special events such as breakfast with Santa and the Easter egg hunt, both were super. The breakfast with Santa was by far the best one we have been too. The are super friendly and the treats for adults are top notch too. We attended the Christmas disco today and my girls absolutely loved it. The were brilliant and the event was so reasonably priced. Wee Rascals is our favourite soft and the upgrades to the under 3s section was great to see today. We've had birthday parties here before too and they're always brilliantly ran and communication is great too. Would highly recommend 👍🏻 Our daughter had her 5th birthday here and it was brilliant. The soft is fantastic and well set out so you can see the children from all of the table areas. Great new under 3 section too. Always very tidy and clean. Nice little area up the stairs for food and all the are lovely. Booking was very easy with final numbers and balance due 7 days before. Prices for a are very good too. Thank you for a great party! My little girl had the best time at her she had (Oct 2024) went above and beyond to help ensuring all needs were met, meaning my little lady had the best time. Will definitely be back Went for the first time today, it was a red hot day and it was very very warm inside with no fans/air con. The place seemed clean and my son had fun, but what ruined the trip was that we were served by someone with a major attitude issue. Spoken to very rudely and abruptly when ordering things or when asking for things, not good customer service skills or a reflection of their ‘fun’ kids centre.
