On the way from Devon to north , and that's the long weekend traffic was congestion so we had visited that place to spend some and it's very for to relax and jump. A nice large with a variety of options for to choose from. The added upstairs was a nice touch, but unless you’ve read about it online, it’s not obvious at all that it’s there. The sensory for younger was very peaceful & nicely laid out, this was definitely the quietest as the main was full on. We took our 2yr old niece who’s very adventurous & likes the bigger climbing areas/slides but because of the large variety in age range it was hard to keep her safe as most aren’t being supervised & there isn’t a member inside (like in some play) keeping an eye on who are being a little too boisterous. Our niece ended up being thrown to the floor by a much older child who barrelled in to her head whilst running & jumping off a bridge. Whilst I’m fully aware that will be kids, having a member supervise the would Help to make more aware of others. The seating was large & had a different variety of seats which were comfortable as my mum sat there whilst we were inside the for the whole 2 hours & wasn’t uncomfortable. The food looked ok & what you’d expect But the ordering system needs looking at as if you just want to buy snacks instead of proper food the queuing is too long if you’ve got little ones with you. The were all really friendly & accommodating on arrival & exit which was nice as it meant you left on a positive note. The parking was ample & it was really easy to find, despite being on an industrial estate. We’d definitely come back but not on a Saturday as it was just too busy for a little one. My 11 month old daughter loved the under 2s area, lots of sensory stuff to keep there minds busy, there is also other sections for different ages aswell as a cafe, parking which can get full but spaces outside on the street My two boys 6 and 10 love this centre! They spend most of their in the section upstairs but even with two hours slots they never get bored and hate to leave after their is up. They also now offer unlimited drinks for £3.95 I think it was. Which is perfect for thirsty, hot after running around non stop. my nephew had a great (3y) and he slept in the car on the way home 👍 there are lots of tables and chairs to sit at and you can order food and drinks Busy but softplay Pre book otherwise expensive Lots of gluten free food options Fabulous place for to let loose! Completely safe & secure with high reach lockable entry & exit gates for each section, so you can relax whilst the have fun. There's a large assault course & slides for the older ones, a slightly smaller version for toddlers, and a quiet & soothing for babies. There is a fab hot and cold food & drink selection, with plenty of comfortable seating. Upstairs is a long row of dress up & role-play units for to explore. Again, completely safe & secure, with picnic benches running the whole length for parents to sit at. We've taken our grandchildren (ages 2, 7 & 9) several times since we found it online, and all 3 absolutely love it. There are 2hr bookable slots at half-term and weekends, but during term-time weekdays, you can stay all day. They also cater for birthday parties. All in all, just a great place, with friendly staff. Highly recommended 5* First visiting with my grandchildren ages 5. Really impressed with cleanliness and staff. The is in condition with lots of variety and some interactive games for older kids. Some areas upstairs (vets, cafe, supermarket etc.) everything gets a bit muddled up but for a break from running around. The cafe offers a choice of food and drink (pizzas looked but we didn't try). You can take your own snacks in which is good. No private Carpark, so find somewhere on the street in the industrial estate. I'll start with the positive. It is great fun for the kids. However it is seriously overpriced. Something that irritated me was the souvenir cup. It's advertised as £2 and you can take it home. When you get to the till it's £3.50 and an extra £2 to take it home. Very misleading Such a clean area! Everything is so well thought out too. The baby sensory is fantastic. My older absolutely adore the village. The food is and reasonably priced. Great cup of coffee too!! We went for Christmas Extravaganza it's about half hour drive from us, in Cheddar. It was such an action packed session! There was decorate ur own reusable elf hat, visit Santa in his grotto, where he'll cater his chat to ur personal situation, then invite u to choose from many TY cuddlies (but if u tell him u want chocolate he'll chuckle n suggest u regift it)! U can have a warm snowball toss with cuddly snowballs among Christmas trees, there was scoop ur own natural, safe to n nature reindeer food, scoop ur own hot choc cones (Inc dairy free), an elf (on the shelf) hunt to receive choice of sweet treat, take home an origami Christmas tree cardboard craft kit, colouring scene, activity passport and finally dance in the snow, with disco lights, with santa and a life-size elf (on the shelf)! There is extensive softplay and a sized area, with dress-up, shops, Doctors and more! With delicious cafe, reasonably priced, it was a wonderful Christmas celebration! Priced at £25 per child, for a 2 hour session, we wouldn't have gone, except they had a competition, where they allowed multiple entries, based on interactions, I spent some every day to increase r chance and am so thankful we won this special with our littlest three at a place they've never been before. I haven't been for a normal priced play, said it's only limited to 2 hours on weekends and school holidays. If you are looking for an indoor centre this is worth a journey, both the softplay and r enjoyable enough, the centre has been nominated for an award! I was really disappointed with my first ever visit to ocean adventures with my 10 month old. I was excited to visit after the brilliant reviews of cleanliness but this couldn't be further from the truth. Her socks were black, and were visually dirty, there was food everywhere, spilt drinks all over the floor, we were there for over 3 hours and did not see any signs of cleaning. They ran out of vegetarian Pizzas by 12:30, so ordered something else which was much cheaper and we were given 2 packs of crisps to make up the money. The that I had dealt with were though. We were very excited to come to Ocean Adventurers with our 10 month old for the first following positive reviews. The cleanliness wasn’t as expected. My baby’s socks were light pink and after 10 minutes of crawling around the baby bit, her socks were brown. There was food all over the floor in the restaurant and spilt drinks on the floor also. The food choices were also limited and this was at 12pm. The staff, however, were lovely. The cleanliness just let this place down for us unfortunately. Visited during the summer holidays and very impressed with the set up, safety and overall cleanliness. Plenty of and they even ran a treasure hunt for the kids. After seeing some pizzas coming out of the kitchen I treated myself to one and an iced latte and it did not disappoint! Lovely helpful that took pride in working there. Thank you for a couple of hours! Had my son’s 6th birthday party here today. Absolutely fantastic and well worth the money. As can be seen in the photos, everything was included balloons, themed paper plates, cup, napkins, table cloth, food, party bags & ice cream. We also had a speaker which the loved being able to listen to Spider-Man. The are always so welcoming and friendly & thank you to our party host Lizzie ( I think this was her name ) she was very accommodating and chatty. The all enjoyed their food and on the Softplay. The birthday boy had a great and said he enjoyed himself. Thank you for making my son’s birthday enjoyable and a great happy experience for all Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
