We was there the end of October the area is bleak nothing going on maybe we should had opted for burnham as there is a high street etc. Don’t rely on 4g or WiFi it’s all pants. But based on the interaction with a lovely lady in a golf buggy called June I think she was nice. And the quality pitch and general high standard of the it gets a 4 One the most best places I have been, honestly. The site, which is very big, is and laid out perfectly. With very modern and very tidy service buildings. The shop is a Premier, has everything and is extremely cheap on xx Really tidy site, warden is friendly and helpful, only bad bit was having to pay for shows and no sky tv in bar to watch football. Lovely fishing lake, with some fish in, Stayed here for 3 nights over the August Bank Holiday. Lovely park with a bar on site, a chip shop and convenience store. Facilities were but unfortunately you have to pay 50p for the shower. Very location close to other bars and Brean. Bus stop just up the road where you can catch the bus to Weston-super-Mare or Burnham on Sea. Just got back after staying here for 4 nights It was our first visit to the for the August Bank Holiday with our touring caravan. We stayed on 8 arce The is lovely, toilets and shower block. Staff friendly and helpful The watering hole was great with entertainment on We will be back Four nights in own tourer Stayed on electric hard standing pitch No dogs field. Wardens are at there jobs, direct an precise, a warden shows you to a pitch an then gives you options so you can pick your own. Only downside is Wi-Fi if you a a phone buff Or a tippy tappy user, but option to buy. The camp fields are level in condition an are kept well lawned. Toilet / shower block well looked after cleaned well maintained. Fish n chip shop, that is good. Laundrette plenty of units for wash/drying. On supermarket. Bar facilities with a Large under roof, TV bench seating for 300 plus No sport shown that’s at scottys bar which is out of the gate turn left over the road on in another part of a site. Also further down the road is the sites large entertainment hub complex named The Seagull, my advice is it’s a walk to go places on this away from the noise worth it. We bought a van from northam last year We found a van more suited to us .no pushy selling . Left us alone to look around . Gave us fair price as part ex . They even let us leave our old van there .locked up .nothing been to much .would buy again . Here for nearly 3 weeks ,the facilities very I don't know how they do it with the amount of footfall .Jill and the rest of the team very friendly , bars nearby with plenty to do ,the adult only section in the Seagull Bar is great for oldies like us .The entertainment catered for all but the Peter Kay one was my favourite with George Ezra tribute coming second .Bingo was played but for those who don't like it only one game was played so the kids didn't have to sit quiet for long .All in all a great 3 weeks Camped here for a couple of nights as kids not been camping before. Have been coming to Brean for many years and really nice to see some new parks and things for the kids since we came last. Had to get a bit of fishing in but heard a load of fish have been taken out so didn’t have much luck catching. Really lovely campsite. Would’ve liked to have seen some hairdryers in the ladies (even ones you pop a 20p in for) but managed none the less. Overall, apart from noisy neighbours (which can’t be helped) we had a really lovely stay and will definitely be back. This place is great and yes as most reviewers state 50p isn't a lot for a shower.....But if you haven't got a 50p piece your absolutely snookered. No excuse for putting your clients in that ridiculous situation, in fact it's very disrespectful.
