I literally had to ask if they had anything similar in a mushroom sauce. Ended up with the Szűzérmék erdei gomba ragúval és krokettel — just as salty (if not worse) than the soup. Why not just substitute chicken for pork if mushrooms were available? Makes zero sense. Service? Not a smile in sight. Nothing’s changed here (in Hungary) in 20+ years. And FYI: gratuity is forced onto the bill no matter how bad the food or service is. Maybe pay your staff a fair wage instead of pawning it off on customers. Bottom line: salty food, rude service — you’re better off at McD’s. Never again. We go to this restaurant regularly. Very pleasant and kind staff. But the kitchen needs modernization.
