The area is big,green grasses,it has a lot of trees,you can place a tent or a mat, you can bring badminton to play or bring your own guitar and sing. It is summer now since it is May 30 and it is public holiday.Many people who brought their families but it has a huge space and BBQ place to do so. It has faucet with water , Just bring your own griller and soap and plastic bags for garbage.The place are so clean. Espaço amplo Had some nice views in the end but the road towards it can be quite slippery at some places especially when you walk the route during or shortly after the rain. had some steep climbes and the levada road after you diverge from the p10 route has a lot of loose stones that make walking on running shoes/ sneakers quite a pain so would advice bringing mountain shoes or sturdy hiking shoes. The route on top is a bit unclear since there are no direction Signs so a GPS or the walk app can come in handy. Very pretty although it was totally covered in fog. Met a small sheep.
