An absolutely great place to chill at. They have great cocktails and quite a selection of flavours. The prices are friendly and the is nice and cool too! Could highly recommend! Thank you guys! I didn’t smoke or drink, i came here for coffee, the rooftop is creative! Love it. But they didn’t have inside sitting area! Weather was windy so it’s not comfortable to sit outside. ist OK (12€) and the drinks are cheap. If you pay cash: don't worry, they come back with your change, sooner or later 😉 Perfect little spot for good and chilled atmosphere! Also got to see a beautiful sunset which made it even more better!! Very coool, chill place, wonderful environment and place to relax, enjoy the moment in a sunny or cloudy day, after a day at work, for all occasions, alone or with family or friends. It's accessible to everyone, everyday. Shisha, Cocktails, are very good. Staff is amazing, very friendly, easygoing and helpful, warm. Vitor is the best! High variety of Shishas but I think it's missing once for a while, new flavours. Parking sometimes it's a problem because of the high demand of this place. It would be good if they searched for a solution to it soon. It makes no sense neither logic to keep as mandatory the payment of Shishas with cash money, it looks shady, very. The seems not to be correctly appreciated, praised by the owners as they should. Very nice place. Great and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Very nice late summer sunsets on the rooftop. I was there with my dog. He swallowed some rat poisoning there. Needed to get to vet afterwards. Beware, in public places you can see warning signs, in beer gardens you don't. The atmosphere is calm and chilled. There appears to be car parking spaces around the place. Strongly recommend driving otherwise you may have to walk up a steep hill post-shisha session! Two separate members of completely blanked both me and my wife. First one served a that arrived after us (which I don’t take as much of a problem, unless I don’t get served at all). Second one looked at my wife as if she was a criminal for asking whether we could order at the or if it had to be at the bar. The same first member of (fully aware of our wait) walked past us without any acknowledgment at all, even when we spoke although she looked right at the both of us. She went to the behind us and was clearly there speaking to her friends (again, no problem with that, aside from the fact we hadn’t even been spoken to) and even though I waved at her she looked blankly through me. I must admit, I’m not the first person anyone would notice, but am I invisible? Appreciate the beautiful view, but over half an hour of it with no menu, food, drinks or even a hello was abysmal. Would give 0 stars if possible, as service was non-existent We reach at shisha… no hello nothing then we ask for for 4 people the guy said there is no available but we can see there is plenty of empty so my friend said there is empty he replied to us just grab the chairs and seat any of the so we did then we ask for and drinks he said we closing 01:00 once again my friend said in google says 02:00 so guy said the time change yesterday…..!!! and some off the people started laughing and started saying RACISM comments to us in Portuguese but likely one off my close friend was Portuguese he was Portuguese so he understood the we decided to live the place and the guy who “served” us just start walking away and start acting like nothing happened and smiling…..😡😡😡 Never in my life have that experience before…. It was 1st time in Madeira and this happened to us im pretty sure never ever gonna come back to this place and recommending…… 😞😞 The service was slow and the waiter seemed out of it , and wasn’t helpful when we were ordering shisha. Only told once sat down that is card payment only, no ATMs near by, so go prepared. flavours were not strong and very smoky. Drinks were really nice , we all enjoyed the variety of drinks.
