They also have quite a good amount of wine options but the atmosphere and decoration could be better. For some reason every bar and winery on the island has a tv showing some football matches :) it's very weird to see this in a winery. Great little stop on lavada walk for a needed beer! We ordered the medium tapas plate—it was nothing special, almost tasteless. Great place with best white sangria in town😍 super friendly personnel and tasty food. They have a nice terrace and sun plays beautifully in the evening. Also try Nikita cocktail there, it’s awesome. Great local food and not expensive. The staff was very friendly. A wonderful combination with a levada tour. I just took mineral water. Location exellent for levada walkers. Price ok. Very nice place to chill and have a snack on your walk We ordered a large tapas plate and received 4 tiny slices of bread. We strongly suspect the restaurant to overcharge and to be straight up lying to tourists. BEWARE!!! Stumbled upon this amazing gem on our first night in Funchal, the food and service was next to none, staff are so friendly, the food is incredible and so reasonably priced. Such a lovely spot to chill and relax and watch the world go by and it’s not swarmed by tourists which was a bonus. We had regional Ponchas, followed by a really good tapas meal served with great wines! Finally coffee and Madeira! All served by a very friendly staff! Close to perfect!
