A very good customer service and quality food. Terme naturali gratuite, acqua non molto calda, nella pozza è pieno di sassi grandi non visibili e si rischia di farsi male. Poco odore di zolfo. Location looks nice as it is in the middle of nature but the hotel is only in part refurbished the other parts are very old and run down. The new rooms are pricy and not include The old pool is nasty and the outside hydromassage is not warm. The new SPA ,which is basic, cost extra 80€ 😱 All the therapies including muds are at extra cost. Maybe there are some deals but no one really explain me anything when i arrived. The famous cave is closed as it is falling apart! La struttura come dichiarato dai depliant, dimostra gli anni che ha e la funzione avuta negli anni. Alterna zone di recente costruzione con altre ancora in lavorazione e altre aree più datate. L'offerta varia ma non raggiunge un cinque stelle...(Infatti ne ha tre). Luogo per cure termali, chi cerca un luogo di villeggiatura sciccoso può rivolgersi ad altri hotels. Il personale non si presenta in livrea, ma semplice e cordiale pronto a soddisfare le varie esigenze senza tanti fronzoli. Nel complesso la reputo una esperienza sicuramente positiva.
