The showers and toilets are clean and tidy. The restaurant has a nice menu and there is enough place to sit and enjoy your drink or meal. The is friendly and do there job with a smile. The entrance price is ok. Overall I had a positive experience at Therme Bad Aibling. 5 stars! The place to be on a crisp winter day, recovering from snowboarding fatigue. Loved the outdoor pool's water massage and jacuzzi seats. Plenty of indoor pools and lounge-beds. Good indoor acoustics, didn't feel loud despite some guests being mannerless. Really appreciated the overall cleanliness. Got a 4 hrs. ticket and was penalised €1.5 for staying 5 minutes over; keep an eye on the clock if you don't get day tickets. Great sauna options. They have many low and medium heat levels to choose from. Thankfully some of the speaks English Bad Aibling is a nice place to visit during your leisure time. It's peaceful and has a relaxing atmosphere. You can also enjoy watching ice hockey 🏒 I have been to many thermal bath in Germany but this definitely one of the best . Very neat . So well equipped and seems to be quite new. Lots of facilities and we enjoyed a lot Our family's favorite place. Cozy and comfortable stay. Clean. Beautiful. Delicious cuisine. The view of the mountains. Incredible water in the pools and silence around. I recommend it to every family. Every time I come back to visit my Bavarian 'roots' and friends I make sure to visit a Therme, mostly we come here. It is, let's be honest, bloody lovely :-). The warm pool, the different saunas, the relaxation area inside and outside.. fantastic stuff. The problem is that it gets very full, especially on weekends. And this means that sometimes one might not get a place in the hourly 'Aufguss' and, a rather bad German habit, people block the relaxation area inside for the whole day with towels or other personal gear. The food seemed sufficient in choice and the prices were acceptable given the venue but if busy the service quality slows down and gets patchy. However, overall a great place and a credit to a bit of culture which I sorely miss where I now live. I love this place. The aufguss ceremony had only one victim that needed medical attention yesterday and the hail storm was fantastic to watch. The took great care, roped off the pools but there is so much available inside that it was no loss at all. See you next time. Loved it. Very relaxing, all the pools are super warm, they have some whirlpools and the prices are fair. The food portion aren't huge, but delicious. Probably not that interesting for kids, but it has a sweet little baby pool. Cosy and relaxing atmosphere 👍 I've never been to the sauna, but I think its only like 6€ more to book that too. This thermal resort has decent facilities and overall it can be a peaceful place, but unfortunately my experience as a foreigner was rather unpleasant. I felt the were treating me and my company differently just based on the nationality, a particular instance was during a sauna ritual where the sauna master was unexpectedly disrespectful, but even the front desk that was in charge of selling the massage packages seemed bothered by my accent and was talking in a very impolite tone. It is really a shame, but I will not consider this place for the future if such biases are allowed. It was amazing! The best series. The Theme is smaller but very peaceful and good arganised. We were a group of four tourists (we speak English, not German) and bought daily tickets. When we bought them, two of us asked if we could leave and re-enter during the day (we are traveling in a motorhome and parked in front) and the lady told us that we could. Unfortunately, when we left we were told that we had to return the wristbands because it was not possible to continue taking advantage of the service we paid for. The officer denied having answered what she had told us 3 hours earlier. Unfortunately the lack of empathy and poor customer service experience detracts from the quality of the environment and facilities. Very rude staff. We forgot something into the car and they gave us 3 minutes to go back to the car, otherwise we would have to pay again. They didn't tell us that when we got in.
