I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. I loved walking down in the evening. Primasol is very beautiful in general to spend a vacation. I would definitely come back but I will stay at one of the hotels this time :) It is a nice family hotel, good food, nice staff. The are not so big but with enough space. I have been to this location more then 12 times during the last 9 years. Sometimes twice a year. I traveled with my wife and kid and for the last 4 years I brought other friends with their families to experience what I thought was a very good overall experience. I have always been happy and content with the choice because it used to be a sure bet for a successful, troublefree, experience. That is untill this year! The rooms were the same as ever...fine. The entertainment staff was better this than the last few( really made an effort to keep vacationers happy) However...they have increased the cost and they have decreased the value by a huge amount. You do notice differences if you travel on but it does not bother you if they are small. This they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were. Also a change in menius combined with a savings policy made the all inclusive vacation a run for your life affair 3 times a day. The food was horrible looking, horrible tasting and the Turkish preparators made sure you do not eat too much of the good stuff since there was very little. It was poverty line food lines . You hardly had any meat that was from an animal you recognise. Most of it was the meat grilled the meal before or the day before cut in small bits and mixed with leftover potatoes from the day before. I have had to have only chips and some salads with occasional fish. Plenty of boiled veggies but they were looking clearly not fresh, mostly freezing stuff. On the fruit front disgusting. Apples, pears plums. Nothing exotic or partially exotic but plentiful in Bulgaria at this time of like watermelon or garapes. You have to bare in mind that I compare with service received over 10 years! The chefs looked dirty and very arrogant. The Turkish style was a disaster and they have obviously been brought to make cuts in wages and savings in a cusine that was neighther Turkish not Europeean. More like shelter leftovers. Disgusting. On the 3rd day my boy picked up some light food poisoning with some vomiting and temperature rise. That was a first in Albena and also the cut off for our future holidays in this resort and moreover in this hotel complex. I would not advice anyone going there until management comes back with their feet on the ground to basic hospitality. The resort is an 80's look and it looks like at the moment they are heading for the 80's services. So, we arrived today @ 10AM and they said we can't go in the until 2PM because the is not ready and it has to be cleaned. After four hours of waiting we found two spiders on the walls, right above the bed where my 1 son is supposed to sleep. The rest is pretty ok, but this is not a 4 stars hotel :) 3 stars restaurant. The food was kind of the same every single day. The pool: tile falls down, is dirty and is closed at 6PM because they throw chlorine with buckets. No, they don't have a chlorination system for the pool. Pretty lame :) Parking: get ready to pay aprox 40€ for parking, but only cash and only LV. Aqua park: well, that's nice and clean, but you can't a drink inside. You have to buy from there, but again, only cash and only LV. We will never go back :) Filthy rooms. We stayed in the 61 villa. It was awful. Very dirty room. I think they just changed the sheets and towels and that’s all. All the photos are from the first day. That was the way we found the toilet. Insects everywhere, dead and alive. Amazing animation team, sport activities and dance shows, the aqua park is very good the beach is clean. Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. A special mention goes to the bartender, whose exceptional service and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of enjoyment to our evenings. Their skill in crafting delicious cocktails was truly impressive. The was clean and huge Bloody joke. Since we came in the Villa lights in the bathroom not working and the one that does are full with dead bugs and insects that cover the lights and make it darker in every room. After I went 3th times to reception as there is no way to call them and only way we have to shower was to use our phone torch they finally sent someone on the second day while we went for dinner. When we went back the lights were fixed but didn’t last longer than one person to get short shower. Now all my holiday is wasted I to chase someone to come and fix something that we expect to work.
