Second of all it is not very long hike from Parking in Zalesie-Wyrebiska. You do not need 4x4 car to get to the parking I have mentioned (maby except snowy weather). I was there a few times on November the 11th with my Megane II so it is doable. Form the parking you have very easy 3,5 km - 1 hour hike. Be aware of strong winds at the lookout tower (80-100 km/h). Chily weather is typical for this place. The main reason to go there it is not crowded, stunted beech woods, e path is easy to navigate. There is a mountain trail for bikes and for cross-country skiing around Mogielica (up to 15-20 km long - startign at the parking lot in Zalesie-Wyrebiska). Magnificent views. The viewing platform is large enough to fit several people at a time. If you have a significant fear of heights, you should consider that some parts of the stairway has very limited protection. The walk from Jurkow is not easy (at least 2 hours). Accessing the tower is free of charge. Beautiful view at the end of a beautiful hiking trail. It's amazing, really, and it's a great prize for anybody that climbs up there. Only downside is that it's very crowded due to its popularity. Will go back. Great place, the Tower itself though is closed. The summit itself though provides a great view which is not that common in Beskid Wyspowy.
