This center is really help travelers . @Take number 409 to the Bus center which has a lots buses to other countries from Varna . This is one of the largest tourist centers that I have seen. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a idea to start touring beautiful Varna by visiting this place first to get all the needed information. The location is great. Having just spent time in a different country with little to no tourist info, finding this office was fantastic! Everyone is very friendly, there’s tons of info in different languages, and they will do their very best to help you. Rumiana checked to see what I needed, then went far beyond the norm in giving me maps, info and advice… all in perfect English! Because I’ve already done most of what’s included, I am not taking the free tour, but in June it’s offered Tuesday, Wed, Friday and Saturday at 10:30, leaving from this office. International buses were a bit challenging for me but nice lady in the tourist provided me with all details and even called the customer service of the bus line to check if there is available place. Literally the entire city was fully booked for 99%. Desperate and considering sleeping on the beach I asked them for help. They called over 20 hotels in search for a room for us! And they even called us a taxi to get there! I promised I would send them a picture of our view from the hotel.. Spoke to a lovely lady who helped pick out attractions for a day visit. We got a map and she marked the attractions before we left with directions. Very knowledgeable, and friendly. We went there twice and always got the informations we needed from the nice woman. First time we asked about a tour to the cape and the nice woman told us we may need a taxi or tour and got us the for booking. And it was a nice tour. The second time we asked about trip to nessebar. A good tourist for good memories. Incredibly and passionate people work here! They gave us so many tips on what to do in Varna and they organize amazing tours of the city every day for free!! It almost felt like a friend of yours is showing you around their hometown and telling you about the history of the city. The first place you'd go when visiting Varna. Everyone's willing to point you in the right direction, suggesting places to see around. Інфраструктура на 0. Туалетів немає, змушена була тут прочекати автобус, більше сюди ні ногою. Є гостинніші місця, щоб залишити там свої гроші. Very staff - they explained to me where to go in the new years’ evening in order to watch all the fireworks and what churches are open the day after. They were very and polite. They did not charge for money. My experience at the Center was very helpful. The ladies at the counter were well informed and spoke to me in English. They were able to fulfill all my requests, and got me on my way to a very interesting visit. I will definitely refer them to all my friends. Very polite staff.
