It was such a unique experience and I’m glad I made it through my first 10 day vipassana course. Hard but worth it! Room: I stayed in a female dorm of 5 people. Simple but fine with heating system. The shared toilet is in another building nearby. Enough hangers were provided. Facility: They have e.g. detergent for hand washing, disinfection spray, some heat water bottle(Wärmeflasche), a kettle in the toilet, toilett paper, tampons, etc. Very thoughtful. Hall: The meditation hall is quite new and well maintained. There are enough cushions and blankets, but many also bring their own for extra comfort. Environment: it's PERFECT as it has a 'windows background' like view. For women there are 2 decent size forests for walking, I was surprised how much I could walk & rest inside nature. Food: simple but nutritious meals. I LOVE their Bohnenaufstrich and the Gado gado sauce with tofu. The place to be! Beautiful, peaceful, harmonious and full of amazing, sweet and genuinely caring people. 💯 A very good center, everything is thought out and comfortable for a better immersion in meditation. Came here with IISc Vipassana club. Wonderful and peaceful place. Want to do 10 day course here but not getting time. Very peaceful and beautiful place located in the middle of the nature, far away from the busy city life. The organisers and teachers are very peaceful and kind persons, everything is made with love especially the food. Very clean and modern facilities Life changing experience.
