Victoria Family Space is the go-to place for families with young kids! Perfect for playdates, birthday parties and events. There is a ton here to keep your occupied, the are incredibly friendly and happy, and the food and drinks are delicious. The biggest inflatable playground in the area. Decent prices for food and beverage. Birthday packages too…a bit pricey Took my 3 year old, we did everything but the climbing wall. Fun! Recommend to bring socks Very clean too! Big and fun indoor place for kids. Babies to 10 years old love this place. Food and beverages are available to purchase. Makes it an easy and fun day out. Great place to bring your kids. They have many toys, castles, jumping and more. You can organize birthday inside. Good bar and restaurant. Took my sons here and had a blast! I guess I went when it was less busy, but overall the place was really clean! Looking forward to returning! Great place to bring your children to have fun. They have multiple ball pits, slides, lots of toys to with, some obstacle courses, indoor rock wall, area, a restaurant, cafe, and seating areas. If I remember correctly, children under 4 need to be accompanied by someone in the areas. My 3-yr old loved it! I will definitely come back again. Update: I went to a birthday party held in one of their private rooms. The makes the children's parties easier! They set up the table, chairs, bring glasses, put out drinks (beer, spritz, juice, water), bring food (pizza bites, pizza, fries, nuggets), and periodically clean up. I would definitely keep this place as a birthday option. We had a party here, and all we had to do was show up! This place made the cake and did all the decorations! It was amazing, and the had an outstanding time! There was a bit of a language barrier, but I would highly recommend! This is the space this hoped for, and surpasses all of the other places for children. Beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out with friendly staff. Well worth the drive from Aviano and the entrance fee - our children were so excited to and cannot wait to come back. As opposed to going to Oderzo, we will be going here from now on! This place is overcrowded and overly chaotic to a point of safety concern. There are too many in the area, running around, pushing each other, hitting each other, throwing balls at each other's faces, and does not seem to care. We will not be returning here and do not recommend this place. Since I am blocked from responding to the owner's response, I will provide details in my initial review of what really happened. A approached me rudely asking if I have using the area. I said yes, is there a problem? And they said, "You have to watch your child; can you find them?" So, I went to the and asked what happened. I was told that my son was "running and stopping" in the park, and that was making it "unsafe for other kids." I asked why was this an issue specifically with my child, because as we were there, I saw over a dozen of other all running around, climbing, jumping, and stopping in the area. Additionally, I saw push each other, kick each other, and throw soccer balls at each other's faces in the area. My son got pushed several times and got hit in his face with a soccer ball as well. When I asked how was that not a safety concern, and why was it that those parents were not asked to monitor them, the got even more rude and defensive without providing any answers or explanations. I also saw a group of that were much bigger and older than my playing too rough with younger ones, including them running around the entire playground and physically running over a baby. I saw that were too big and too old to be playing in 'baby' designed area, so I had to pull my baby out of that so that he doesn't get crushed by older kids. The did not address this issue, nor did they seem to care that it was happening. There also seems to be an inconsistent way of charging for services. Today was our second visit to this park. The first time, the forced us to buy a wristband for adult who was watching a baby, but today, they said that the parent who stays with the baby does not have to pay. I have informed the that we are unhappy with their customer service and intentional bias. We proptly left the park and do not plan to return.
