Nous y avons déjeuné sur place — un repas simple mais délicieux, préparé avec des produits locaux très goûteux. On sent vraiment la fraîcheur et la qualité. Après le déjeuner, nous avons fait quelques courses à la boutique, et là, coup de cœur total : un excellent choix de vins locaux, Prosecco bien sûr, mais aussi d’autres produits artisanaux. Mention spéciale pour le fromage à la truffe, incroyablement crémeux et savoureux — je l’ai emporté en France, et tout le monde l’a adoré ! Le service était parfait, chaleureux, attentionné, avec des personnes qui prennent le temps d’expliquer, de conseiller, de partager leur passion. Cela rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le lieu est facile d’accès, avec un grand parking gratuit, et les prix sont très raisonnables, voire bas, pour la qualité proposée. I was standing in line to choose the to take home, we had number 19 and our number was called however just because we spoke only English the young lady behind the counter jumped us and chosed to serve an Italian customer with a higher number than us and left us standing there. We were visiting the Prosecco wineries in the area, Latteria Perenzin was on our way to Colonia Resort so we welcomed the opportunity to have lunch and a taste of local made cheese.
